Just waited 30 mins for cold food and NO MEAT on my cheesy Gordita crunch, or soft tacos. we spent $35.00 and it’s all terrible. A newly remodeled restaurant don’t fix the cooks it seems. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a restaurant fast food or not. We won’t be coming back here, would rather drive to my.Vernon.

We were waiting in the drive-through for an hour to get our food. And there were working eating during it. and the chips on the nachos are soggy and they did not give any cheese for the nacho fries. I started eating my crunch wrap and there were tomatoes on it which I said clearly no tomatoes. And it’s being run by a bunch or teens

So I was just at this Taco Bell, the one in front of Kroger and I have to say this was some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever had from any fast food chain!!! I had made a mistake on my mobile order with one of the drinks and had asked them if I could change it out to a Baja Blast Freeze. I told them I was sorry and if it was too much of an inconvenience they could just keep it the same (a Pepsi). Not only did they change it for me, they upgraded to a large! Bridget, the manager was SUPER nice and the two young ladies working the drive thru provided excellent service. They got my order completely right, sauces , napkins, straws….I know this may seem so small but it’s the little things in life that go a long way plus the other Taco Bell across town absolutely sucks!!! I had been there a couple of times (food order was always wrong, no napkins, no sauces, etc.). So from now on, i will only go to this Taco Bell!!! Greta job you guys! The food was excellent by the way

I come here all the time. That new boy in the drive thru is so nice! My food was fresh . I ordered ahead on the app and ended up paying 4$ for two burritos and a side of rice and beans. They had it ready for me and again the new guy in the drive thru was so nice to me!
