Ordered through the app and chose pick up inside because the past multiple times I order through the app for drive thru I have been told either pull ahead and wait, go park in the spot and wait, or you need to come inside because we don’t do app orders through drive thru. Mind you there were no cars behind me all but 1 time. Anyway, I get there and park in the mobile pick up spot, watching the mobile pick up racks while the app says my order is being made. I see employees go outside on break or to the lobby to sit down on break, but no food. 15 min after the order is placed and supposedly has been being made, I go inside and ask. They didn’t start my order.

We took a little longer than they wanted in the drive thru.. we don’t go there often enough to know what’s on the menu. The girl working drive thru was great, could hear her plainly, someone else spoke up ( squeaky voice) and asked if we needed help finding something but we were ready to order, I said were ready and started rattling our order off when the young lady asked us to wait.. she wasn’t ready for it which we were ok with, he was being pushy. Ordered a Mexican pizza meal, the shell was old, tasted like old oil. Everything else was good.

Soda was just static, walked back in asked if could have one poured from the back as the one in the dining area was out of syrup. Was told he was out of syrup in the back too. Asked for a refund was told no and kept suggesting other drinks that I didn’t want, asked again for a refund. Didn’t know the prices on the menu so I had to read the menu and tell him the amount and was again told no to giving me my money back for the soda.

I like this place to eat . They make the food exactly as you would expect. Almost every time I’ve gotten food here though they have forgot something so look in bag before you leave if you don’t want to have to go back to get good missing product.
