My husband and I stopped here tonight to get a fast dinner and spent 20 on food. They forgot my chips the first time around and we when went back through the women working was kinda rude. Gave us the chips and sauce they forgot and there was literally half a cup of cheese. My tacos were a absolute joke and no joke literally had 6 pieces of meat per taco(I got two)

It took about 30 minutes to even get our food we got two burritos in chips and cheese, and no, they were not that busy. The place was nasty, the workers were snappy and rude over getting a water cup. One worker was sitting at a table vaping on break. Well, there was a family with kids sitting right there. This place needs a health department to come check it out. And shut it down won’t be going back here ever again.

The customer service through the drive-in was not great. I had asked for a minute to look at the menu, and when we proceeded to order, she made us feel rushed, repeatedly asking what drink we wanted with the $ 9 box, the flaming hot grilled cheese burrito box. We ordered the rest of our food but forgot something because we felt rushed. Then I asked to substitute the nachos and cheese for a cinnamon twist, and that was a huge mistake. I even told her if it was an issue, not to worry about it, but she said it was fine. We got our food pulled off, and when my family member tried the twist, they literally tasted like chemicals, and when I smelled them, they smelled so awful it was crazy. I called to inform the store, and the same woman who took our order answered the phone when I told her the issue. She plainly said, “ok,” as if she didn’t care about the issue. She was not interested in making me feel like it was something she gave a crap about. If people do not like working in fast food, there are other jobs. Staying someplace you hate and letting people’s food be horrible and not caring is a choice. Honestly we thought they did something to the food so didn’t eat it or go back, nor will we ever.

This is absolutely the “bad Taco Bell” of the area. No meat in the cantina bowl. Truly just charred grill scrapings. Crispy chicken burrito is just a crusty cabbage burrito. Contact the support on the website and you’ll get a canned email and no response. You’ll never get a refund or remedy from this location.

Look we al know what we are getting at Taco Bell. It isn’t champaign and steak but this TBell sets itself apart. Chronically short staffed and the staff that is in there doesn’t care about your food, you, or the horse you rode in on. They drop your food on the counter and walk away. God help you if there is an issue or your order is wrong. They don’t want to hear about, fix it, say sorry. They just want you to leave as soon as possible. Just waited for almost 10 minutes to get nacho cheese they forgot to put in my bag. Two cups of nacho cheese took longer to get than getting a pizza cooked down the street. They literally have zero regard for anyone inside. Either get enough people or close the doors. Independence deserves low rung food with better service than this.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. If you’re coming after 5pm you will be getting empty items. See my pics attached. I asked for extra chicken and got 5 small pieces in the whole quesadilla. There was no spicy sauce or anything. They also got the order wrong. I called about 10 times they don’t answer the phone. Drove back over there the manager with the dark brown beard claims he didn’t remember me when I was just there 30 mins ago and it wasn’t even busy claims he didn’t even remember doing the order. Showed him all the pictures he was unapologetic and blamed me for throwing away the food. On top of that the manager didn’t even care to refund the whole order didn’t even really listen to me just asked so what do you want another quesadilla? Of course I don’t want another one. Gross

Wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone 01/27/26. Their speaker and stuff has been broken for weeks. Order at the window. Super slow moving line. Nullifies using mobile because others aren’t. Going in would be a mistake as they do driv thru priority. I once waited 15mins inside for two tacos.

We ordered food and they asked to pull up to a spot near the door only to find 6 other cars waiting already for food. As we waited at 7 more cars got sent to the same place BEFORE anyone got food. This is absolute terrible service!

This is the third time that we have ordered through the mobile app to have our food delivered, and they have gotten our orders wrong every time. Either multiple things are missing or we get duplicates of one item in place of a missing item.
