I just was in drive thru about 5 mins ago. The fact that I paid $27 for the party pack and all the tacos have more lettuce and cheese is crazy!! If I’m paying for 12 classic crunchy tacos and I am eating more than the meat on them is upsetting to say the least. Refund

Waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru when they opened to arrive to a screaming staff in the lobby when I finally decided to go in because nobody answered the speaker. Staff was inside, yelling about something and waited for me to place my order to tell me that they didn’t have any tortillas to serve anybody. Super unprofessional and a disgusting environment. The staff should be fired. The general manager is honestly the worst person and I’m not even sure how she’s employed anywhere.

Definitely not “Fast Food” lol. This particular location never gets you out of the drive thru fast. Today I put in an online order through the app and waited 23 minutes in the parking lot after arriving 11 minutes after putting in the order. It wasn’t just me either, they had the guy behind me waiting right next to me. I didn’t even order a huge order or anything, just 4 items. They did apologizefor the wait at least, I appreciated that. All in all, it’s quicker to driver longer to another location, and I will be doing that in the future

Stopped at this location for the first time Thursday afternoon! No wait ,pleasant greeting ! Order was correct and food hot and delicious! This Taco Bell was a very good experience in so many ways !

Just spent a whopping $44.00 on what, I don’t know. My daughter asked for no sauce on her quesadilla but what do you think they did, added sauce. Taco bell is so expensive anymore, you would get a better meal and service for the same price or cheaper at your local Mexican restaurant.

This location is hit and miss.. today like a few times in the past they forgot part of my order.. a crucial element.
Last time I didnt bother complaining.. just kept it pushing, as I work in fast food and get that things happen.. this time I tried calling.. no answer after my 5th attempt I took to leaving this review.. it cost nothing to take a little pride in what you do.. even if the job isnt glamorous..
On top of them forgetting things and not answering the phone.. the lady in drive thru seemed like it was the last place she wanted to be. Hopefully when I speak to one of people who actually care about their job they will make it right. I eat here often due to my wife’s pregnancy cravings.

If you could give no stars I would. I will never return to this location. 1st off getting into and out of this location is a joke. An absolute joke. Way to go city planning. The order taker was rude. Ask me to pull into any parking spot. No name, number or care in the world of the car I drove. Then an employee proceeded to try and auction off my food 3 different times to 3 of the 6 other cars in the lot waiting for drive thru food before coming to my vehicle and low and behold it was wrong. Never will I return to this location.

I give up on this location. Multiple times they’ve been closed due to staffing and other times for their system being down. Yes it happens, but the frequency at this location is excessive. On one occasion we got home my son bit into his taco and pulled a long dark hair out of his mouth. The cantina menu items never come out correctly. Tonight when I went through, my fries were cold and had so much seasoning you couldn’t eat them. My hard shell taco was smashed into bits and my hands were covered in cheese just from reaching into the bag. I’m done with this location.
