I love Taco Bell but I hate having to use the “kiosk”. Almost to the point that I wont shop at a place that requires their use. Otherwise, typical taco bell. 1/4 dang.

We have given this restaurant ample opportunity to improve. We’ve been nothing but patient and kind to no avail. Their portions are awful, most times when you special order something it’s made their way & not with the items we selected and paid extra for. The manager has told me and my husband on several occasions that they made it right and that we – the honest & paying customer are in the wrong. She will eventually remake it but not without having an attitude. The way that the manager handles her customers is beyond ridiculous. Nobody should be made to feel like they are an inconvenience, especially when they are a regular and paying customer. My son does DoorDash and waited for almost an hour for a single person meal. While they acknowledged his presence, they made zero effort to get the food to him to deliver to his customer. Here’s a photo of my son’s Three Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt. Just one of many times we’ve gone through and paid premium money for minimal food. To Taco Bell Management, You’d better fix your employee issues sooner rather than later or you’ll end up like the Subway your restaurant replaced. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but Taco Bell Falmouth deserves this one.

All crap. I know some people have enjoyed it there, and so have I. But this last time we went last Sunday night to get my mom, my daughter and myself something to eat. I had ordered just plain cheese quesadillas for my daughter and other things for me and my mom. First the guy working in drive thru I guess was new or I don’t know maybe just didn’t wanna be there. And the manager had to come over to fix the register for him..well the manager was unprofessional and a complete you know what. Rude as rude gets. And then I give my toddler her cheese quesadillas and she starts screaming and crying. The plain cheese quesadillas had hot sauce and queso in it!!!! Now you tell me why they did that to my daughters food! And they knew the food was for a lil child! I will never go back there. Their lucky I had driven all the way home.

Walked in with my kids to order food and immediately noticed 4 employees standing about 4 feet from the counter laughing joking and having a good old time, doing everything except working. I stood at the counter for 4 minutes before one of them said “are you trying to order food?” I said yes I am, I’m paying cash. She responded you have to use the kiosks (which do not take cash). They refused to allow me to place an order at the counter although there was an excess of employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Took my business to McDonald’s right across the street which has no kiosks and no employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Also, no kiosks in sight. I was not trained in using kiosks, and Taco Bell does not pay me to do what employees are supposed to do. This is not good for business. Will not return to this location, do not recommend visiting this location.

Just got food here 5 minutes ago, food is completely cold not even warm. Fries are hard and cold to the touch. They must be hiring people from McDonald’s, edit, I called them and a lady answered, I told her my food was cold and she said it wasn’t possible she temp checked the food and it was 165°. I’d put it more like 65° I even had my brother try a fry, not even slightly warm. It’s one thing to make a mistake but another to directly lie to a customer.

1 think this might be the very worst service I have ever gotten in a fast food restaurant. First it’s a new restaurant that only has self order kiosks. The machine we were using wasn’t working right. We had to ask for help a window cashier came out and said that machine was red working right so she took us to another machine but never but an out of service sign on the broken kiosk. We ordered our food the only one inside. Took over 10 minutes to get our food and they got my order wrong. This will be a Taco Bell I will never set foot in again. Plus I have heard the same problems from other family members. DO NOT GO HERE!

Ordered online for drive thru pick up. Still waited 30ish minutes. Didn’t include the hot sauce I ordered. Potatoes were burnt. Beefy 5 layer burrito (I asked for no beans) ….two tortillas, beef and one spot of sour cream….thats what I got. No cheese. And for some reason the shell and the chalupa shell were soggy. Disgusting!

It’s crazy that the manager is on such a power trip she’ll accuse you of stealing food when they never gave it to me and it was her mistake in the first place!!! Unfortunately I drive by this place to go to McDonalds now.. At least they’ll admit their mistakes and quickly make your food. Accusations not included!

UPDATE: I am updating my review. This place has drastically gone downhill in a matter of a few months. It used to be a kind and accurate restaurant to eat at but that’s changed. They barely give you any portions for your burrito or taco, and the manager is extremely rude. I had a missing item and she was adamant that “she herself put it in the bag” and accused me of lying. I’m 68 years old . I don’t have time for attitudes and false accusations.
I have been a few times since they opened. Food has always been fresh and hot, and the staff friendly as well. A little slow, but understand that this is a new restaurant open less than a week. Grateful to have them here in town!

I always order a crunch wrap supreme with no nacho cheese. I’m not sure what the screen says when that is ordered, but THREE times in a row on seperate occasions I was given a crunch wrap with only beef. No cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, or sour cream. Literally just beef.. They will also tell you to pull around so they can “make your food fresh”, but when they bring your food out it manages to be ice cold. Even when there are no other cars in line at all? Doesn’t really make sense to me. I understand it’s a new location, I’ve tried to be patient, but after 6 months of being open I would figure they’d be getting better.
