Ordered from this location through doordash and half of the order was just incorrect and cooked poorly. We ordered a spicy potato soft taco and a quesadilla and received two crunchy tacos that were hours old instead. The doordash receipt attached to the order showed all the correct items so we know the restaurant was responsible here. This is a pattern of poor delivery quality from this location, even though we have received good in-person service in the past. Hope the GM takes note of these issues and makes adjustments.

If you love tacos that are just the shell this place is for you! Got 4 tacos, and the one pictured below was the most full one. Also got a chicken quesadilla and there was genuinely one piece of chicken on it. Would recommend this spot to anyone that would like to pay for an empty taco

I placed a mobile order of 5 items and gave the restaurant 20 minutes to complete it before I arrived through the drive through (as I had indicated since it was the only option available). The initial response was 15 minutes, and then changed to 5 hours and 15 minutes. I assumed this meant there was no one working but I still hoped for a possible good experience. I went through the drive through (as the doors were locked and pick was unavailable) and said I was picking up a mobile order under my name. The gentleman was cordial and kind, and said to please come to the window. After coming to the window, he asked to someone behind the station “should I tell him to drive around?” To which a female voice said “hell yes”. He was kind enough and asked, can I ask you to pull around front, we will bring out your order. I kindky said sure and pulled to the front. I sat there for another 10 minutes and saw 4 customers pull up/through and drive away until finally someone brought out mine and another cars order at the same time (mine second). The gentleman apologized for the delay and wished me a good night. He was then called back to the other car who I coukd hear yelling “can I get some sauce?”. He kindly responded “its all in the bag sir” and went back to rhe entrance. I looked at my receipt, recognized my entire order, saw the bag was taped up, so I left thinking everything was fine.
Upon reaching home, nothing was fine. All of my items were missing their additions and customizations, and yet I was still charged for them. $5.99 cravings box did not have 2 of 4 items. I received 0/20 requested sauces. Nothing had tomatoes, onions, beans jalapeños, nor red sauce. This was basically 60% of my order and all I got was 3 soft tortillas 1 hard taco shell, a few chips, meat and taco cheese that I did not want, for $20.

I ordered the new Flamin’ Hot Disovery Box and 2 Doritos tacos last night to try the new burrito through the drive thru – there were maybe three cars total in the line and we all got instructed to pull to the mobile ordering spots in front to wait on our orders. When the employee brought out my food, he handed me a bag and started to walk off. I told him that he forgot my drink and I was told to go through the drive thru for a second time to receive it. When I started eating, I discovered that the burrito was extremely poorly made and didn’t have the crunchy fiesta strips it was supposed to inside. Disappointing, but not a deal breaker. However, they replaced my Chalupa Supreme that comes with the box with a normal Crunchy Taco Supreme instead, and shorted me one Doritos taco that I ordered. On top of the drive thru musical chair fiasco, this is really unacceptable customer service.

Ordered on the app and dined in. Super friendly staff and my order was ready as soon as I walked in the door. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness and the associate in the dining room during the lunch rush, wiping tables and organizing the condiment area. My food was yum!

If you like pinner joints you’ll love Taco Bell’s soft tacos. This is crazy. I barley got a taco. Not to mention having to argue with the employees because I asked for a full fry. Then getting denied and told I can leave because a 15 year old employee wanted to be rude to me over asking for what I paid for? The mother manager of said employee couldn’t even control her daughter. This place is a joke just like the rest of the fast food places.

The people here are literally the best, this is one of my favorite taco bell’s. They always do such a good job making the food like I always have extra nacho cheese if I ask for it and they are always nice.
