On their Dasher app the instructions for late night pick up say to go through the drive-thru, but every time the employees request that you come inside to pick the order up. I have addressed this several times with employees at the store and told them this issue, because it makes it difficult when the Dasher gets stuck in the Drive-Thru and has to wait. Every time this has happened the employees working haven’t tried to look into it and say they don’t know what to do.
I understand that this may be out of some of the employees control, but it would go a long way to at least ask a manager or try to look into this. There doesn’t seem to be a big willingness to help Dashers or go out of their way to fix systemic issues like this.

This is a Taco Bell KFC combo restaurant. It’s clean, and appears to have efficient employees who are always working. It’s great place with quick and great fast food. KFC chicken is always good and when you want a change one can order from the Taco Bell menu as well.

I just spent 58.00 at this location and I got tacos with just meat. Not what I ordered. Also at time of ordering, I felt rushed to place my order. Was not finished and was told to pull to the window, at the window the cashier did not want to let me finish my order. I was told go back thru the drive thru again to order the rest of my food. I will NEVER spend my money at this location!!

I don’t often visit this location. The first couple times I’ve gone, everything has been good. However, we ordered this Steak Toasted Cheddar Street Chalupas…just no. The way the item is advertised looks like they’re going to be a pretty nice size and filled with the items that are supposed to be in it….no. They put the chalupas together like they were supposed to be one long one and BARELY put any meat or anything else on it.

Ordered through the drive thru, small order of 3 crunchy supreme tacos. Tacos were not made with care. More sour cream on the side of the taco than inside. The wrapper had all kinds of ingredients over the side of it.

Cheated out of the extras I paid for. Extra beef on nacho bell grande, crunchy wrap and burrito. No sauces at all. Nachos are not prepared like normal. I feel ripped off. Make sure to check your food before leaving.

The night shift manager needs to be fired… no matter how much money I spend, if I ask for more than two sauces, she won’t send our household any at all … I just spent $30 and she told me that me asking for six packs of sauce was too many, so she did not send any!.. she did that to us two times in a row!. I cannot wait until the morning so I can speak directly to the general manager!
