The food tasted Great and customer service was incredible. I can tell The Owner and The Managers really care about their customers, because they reach out via google maps especially when customers aren’t satisfied. It’s nice to have a place to get a quick meal in during Lunch Break. Thank you !

I WOULD GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!

Let’s start off eith saying ive worked at a mcdonalds, and I now work at portillos and I understand being very busy, and missing items and tipically im very calm and not petty or anything about going to corporate, going to surveys all of that, I dont care about the buy 1 get 1 sandwich. But let me tell you ive never experienced this at any mcdonalds or drive thru every. I understand being busy and rushing, I get it. But from the moment my order was taken, it took 3 minutes for them to acknowledge me( yes i timed it). Then when they asked for my number I said it they said okay I saw it didnt apply, I told them they were like okay and I said it again and they were like okay, noticing the exact same issue. So I was like whatever i pull forward, and I let the lady k ow I dont think my perks were applied she didnt care she didnt ask for my perks grabbed my payment sent me on my way, and I was like okay…. so Ill just speak to a manager, I told the window team member my issue she was like oop its your problem your fault, you were supposed to do it before, when the other 2 tms on cod 2 and your cash women wouldn’t do anything about. And so I asked for a manager she she said the manager cannot help you will not help you and is too busy. And I was like thats not how this works, youre manager can fix this, and I know they can cause I watched my manager fix this kind of issue when I worked every single time there’s a mischarged car, or a incorrectly wrong up item. So it was a complete lie and your team members treated me with absotuely no respect. I will not be returning. Then your manager said that it’ll be this long hassle to be refunded and I didnt appreoate it because I know its not that hard. And if it id okay… but you shouldn’t tell your guest that it’ll be extremely difficult FOR YOU to do the refund, making me feel like I am not a valued guest. And I found the entire establishment unprofessional and un justified for how they treated me. And I am not one to ever complain, if my burger was made wrong I eat it I dont care. But this this was extremely unacceptable

I come here a lot to get a Dr. pepper 🙂 I suffer from chronic migraines so the caffeine helps and coffee just isn’t for me, I only get them from this location because they’re never not carbonated or too sweet they’re just right every time! The food is always fresh and I’ve never been unsatisfied with an order, I’ve never been stuck in line more than 5 minutes. Been in Chicago and the suburbs my whole 24 years of living and this has to be the best location. Just had lunch with my daughter inside a few weeks back and they had the inside so nice and decorated with fall decorations and I was so comfortable with how clean it was, one of the managers came and brought us our food and she was just so sweet with the biggest smile. The morning and night crew are both so amazing and work so hard. I love the ladies I see every morning, they’re so kind to my kiddos and always manage to ask how we’re doing and tell us to have a great day. 10000/10 from me!

I ordered a CARMEL iced coffee.
My first sip Carmel. After that straight regular coffee. I got to the counter to the TRUTH she wanted to argue. Then finally she gave me a quarter cup of Carmel. I poured it in my cup, tasted like Carmel coffee…who is the liar? Sho ain’t me lol

Unfortunately this McDonald’s has deteriorated over the years. Quite literally.

Furniture is falling apart.
Food quality is not consistent.
Even the ketchup that dispenses has got a weird texture.

At least service is still decent as far as McDonald’s brand is concerned.

I ordered a large vanilla sugar free iced coffee. I had few sips of it and saw the coffee just disintegrated. Much to my suprise, the ice cubes in my coffee cup showed up. And literally, about 3/4 of the cup was ice cubes. I complained to the store manager and she said that is how it is being served and there is nothing she can do. What a rip off!!!

First time to this location here, the service was great but my food wasn’t, ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and were super salty, and the fries were bland also.

The outside speaker/mic was being really quiet, and I feel really bad because I feel I may have been a bit snarky after ordering. Whomever the crew is around this time is kick ass. Very nice, very friendly, very understanding. I again apologize if I was at all rude.
