I went through the drive through and told tge worker that I was going to have 3 orders. They said “ok go ahead and start with your first order.” We get all the way through two of the orders and I go to place my third order and I get cut off and told they weren’t going to take a 3rd order from the drive through. Supposedly, this was a management call. That they were ONLY allowed to take 2 order per vehicle. After I realized I wasn’t able to place another order, we asked if I could add my stuff to one of the other orders I was not met with any problem solving abilities what so ever. I asked for the managers name and she tole me and asked if i wanted to speak with him i said “no i will be calling corporate.” The woman in the window shrugged her sholders in response as though she didn’t care about it. So taco bell lost service today and for everyday to come from me thanks to the manager Zach at this location. I will never return. I hope all customers have wonderful meals at a different locations because this one is not worth your money and time

My order was fresco style and the employee who took my order didn’t understand what that meant so I had to explain it. My 2 chalupas had a few pieces of cheese on them and I’m allergic to cheese. My 2 tacos had beef on them and I don’t eat meat. I returned my tacos and noticed an employee texting on her phone. She didn’t change her gloves and started making my food. I tried to grab her attention multiple times and she ignored me. When I finally grabbed her attention, I told her that not changing her gloves was a big no no when handling food after touching her personal items. I could tell it upset her. She was rude and mumbled quite a bit under her breath. I didn’t like how she slid my food to me either. My order was wrong again so I decided to just get a refund. I spoke with the manager who was very polite and professional, but I didn’t feel confident he would do what he needed to do to make sure it never happened again. After I left the restaurant, I filed a complaint with corporate and contacted the Health Department. Anyone mishandling food like her absolutely should not ever work in the food industry. That’s how people get sick. This is absolutely unacceptable.

If you like salt on your nachos- the way they’re supposed to be- GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Every Taco Bell in Lexington I’ve visited never salts their nachos. This one does!!!! 10/10

Came by after a show to get the limited time franks red hot Diablo burrito and the kids working last nights drive thru around 130am said they didn’t have it just because they didn’t want to serve us. Maybe because we are Hispanic, maybe because they didn’t want to do their jobs. Don’t know. But door dashing the same order from a different taco bell 8 hours later was no issue. Fire the kids that work at night, they obviously don’t care about their jobs or Yum brand.

Now I see why it’s rated a 3.8. the food is terrible. To make it worse you have workers making the food wrong on purpose. I ordered 2 cheesy double beef burritos and I got a rice burrito. That all that was in it. I took it back they remade it. I took a bite before I pulled off. It ha little beef in. I got home took another bite. Both of them were all rice again. But had a tiny bit of sour cream. I went back and they were closed. Don’t go to tates Creek taco Bell. Or somebody help them to hire workers that don’t have a problem doing the job they’re paid to do. Dam

we paid $30 for food that wasn’t even ours. we got the complete wrong order but didn’t realize until we were home 15 minutes away. the lady running the drive thru was rude & short when taking our order to being with. stressed out with maybe 5 cars in the drive thru?? find another job at that point babe.

This is usually my favorite Taco Bell. Today it wasn’t. Carelessness led to a disappointing experience. One taco was dumped in the bag, all of the filling was in the bag and the shell was broken. We also paid for 2 cheesy rollsups and received only 1. I did call and speak to the manager. He will address the situation and replace the items on my next visit.

Got a crunchwrap supreme that had a massive clump of hair in it, five layer burrito with hair in it, and 2 spicy chicken sandwich tacos that were so overcooked in some areas that it was hard as a rock and split like wood in your hands. Was clearly microwaved at one point.

I am a vegetarian, I ordered the bean burrito, but they had given me a beef burrito. After I went to home with the take out order. After having one bite, I realize this is a beef, not a bean burito . They not even given compensation for their blunt mistake.
