I door dash and was standing in line to pick up dash and another dasher( who happened to be black) came in to pick his order up. A guy who worked there named CHASE walked directly in front of us at counter and the other dasher said HELLO…..no response. Then the guy was clocking in at register and again, other dasher said HELLO….he completely ignored him! As the guy was walking off, the dasher once again a bit louder…HELLO. The guy never even turned around. I was appalled I asked the lady who was working orders his name and told her how rude the guy was to the other dasher and when she told him what he said he was confrontational and cursing. I had seen him speak to a customer and asked what could he do for them?! Was this dasher invisible?! Only difference between that dasher and I was the color.
I will NOT stand for this RACISM and will speak up whenever it happens!!! I will NEVER be back to this store and I also notified Door dash.

Came here to pickup an ubereats order but I also ordered food for myself around $10. Girl at the window tells me I have to come in and get the uber order and that she won’t hand it to me in the drive through. Not that this is the biggest issue in the world but…. I’ve never had someone tell me to do this while also picking up something for myself, I went inside and all the uber orders where right next to that window. Pure laziness… also what tipped me this to write this is I got CHARGED for my water? Since when is that a thing? Real scammy.

Online order missing 5 times and had 1 drink completely incorrect. Returned to get the missing items and the right drink, they were short at the window. When we were handed the food, I started to say we were still missing our correct drink, and they slammed the window shut while I was talking. I get if they were busy (we were one of two cars in the drive thru) or having a bad day, but come on.

Ordered in the drive thru. Over charged me, told them at the window, said that they fixed it but they didn’t. Food was made wrong and missing items. Called and the girl who answered (same one who told me she fixed my over charge) answered. I explained all 3 issues. Her response was “I don’t know what to tell you.” So, yeah, that about sums up the service you’ll be getting from whatever female works the drive thru at 8:15 pm. Worst service I’ve had in a long time. I will be calling the store in the morning and corporate. Don’t go there.

Rubber at Taco Bell here deserves a raise the whole crew worked together ❤️ to get orders out on-time and fast. As a Uber Driver he was the first in 4 years to offer us drivers something to drink which was much appreciated!! Please visit this store and watch a well managed crew work together!! The manager has done his job!! Thank you Taco Bell for helping us take care of our customers!!

Me and my friends decided to get Taco Bell. We made an online order and then my other friend had to get a drive-through order. At the drive-through window we were immediately met with hostility from the worker telling us that we could only make one order per car and told us to go to the drive-through. After we went through the drive-through, again, she then proceeded to tell us that they are not taking any more orders when there was only 2 cars in the drive thru, and that was when we were cussed out by the manager and the workers. The time was 1:09am, the time for closing of the store was 3:00am. They stopped taking orders two hours before they closed. I will not be giving my money to this specific location.

Employees aren’t super friendly, but food is phenomenal. Atmosphere is pretty clean, dine-in lobby is usually pretty empty as most people get drive-thru.

I had a “grab & Go ” order. And this location does not set their pickup orders on the rack. (Maybe they have trouble with theft? If this is the case, then they need to do better job of acknowledging customers when they come in.)

Finally after waiting on 8 or 10 cars from the drive-thru , and half a dozen people waiting in the lobby they come over and get my order. The person behind me had a mobile order also, I wonder if their food was cold too?

Make the orders and set them out there if you have time or if you’re too busy to acknowledge customers, wait until you have time to make their food. Having customers standing there while their food is getting cold is not acceptable.

The person that took the order was okay. I got two nacho fry deluxe boxes, a potato taco, a mango freeze and a beefy taco but I was missing both of my chalupas from my boxes, my cheese sauce was halfway empty and SPILLED in the bag, my fries were flipped over in the bag, and he almost didn’t give me one of my drinks but I have told him i was missing one before i drove off.

I wish I could tell you more, I got the chalupa and my friend got the advacado chicken ranch burrito with a Pepsi. It was what we expected. Not enough meat.
