when i got there, there was a car already in the drive thru (not sure how long they were waiting prior to me getting there) and we both waited another 8 minutes until someone came over the speakers asking if her order was taken, when i got to the mic, they said “what do you want?” in a rushed manner and quite frankly i almost forgot what i was going to order (after already having practiced it 20 minutes before hand lol) and then got scared to order anything else bc of how rude the whole transaction was. ordered 3 steak quesadillas, a grilled cheese steak burrito, and a beefy 5 layer, didn’t even get the grilled cheese burrito. they needed to substitute steak for beef but to put 2 pieces of beef on 3 quesadillas (as a whole and virtually NO cheese). and to top it all off, i didn’t get a receipt so i couldn’t go get a refund on the missing item

Placed an online order at opening and pulled up with the manager saying she was waiting on someone, hopefully they would open in 10 minutes. When I was able to get my food, it was hot and correct, though my coffee was the bland normal brew, not the Cinnabon I paid for.

I’m usually a patient person when it comes to dealing with kids but tonight was absolutely ridiculous. We went in to eat tonight and ordered $32 worth of food and the pizza taco had hardly any toppings on it and it wasn’t cut. The crunch wrap supreme was also very thin with hardly any toppings on it. I’m not sure if there is actually a manager working there to make sure that his employees aren’t being lazy and actually sticking to some kind of food standard with the amount of food that is suppose to be on the tacos. I’ve read many reviews where they were saying the exact same thing. It would be nice if someone higher on the food chain would retrain their employees to actually care about their job. It’s sad that employees want to complain about not getting paid enough and this is the quality of work they are offering.

Best Taco Bell I have been to in a while. Bathrooms were clean as was the rest of the facility. Service was friendly and the food came out fast and hot. Good crew here for lunch service. The salsa verde burrito was better than I expected. Needed more salsa though.
