I got the $7 luxe box, but the food was not in a box. They didnt give me the cinnamon twists that come with the box and the food was cold. It tasted old and was hard to chew. The employees were ok.

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to – I can’t explain why, but they are somehow making everything better than it even should be at this place! The steak quesadillas are so tender and saucy, the tacos are hot and cheesy, and the nachos are crisp and smothered in toppings. They’re killing it!! It’s the only Taco Bell location I’ll even go to anymore because it’s so much better than any others.

This is hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Probably the best fast food place I’ve ever been too. Shout out to Andrew and Nathan, these guys deserve a raise. They are killing it, and that’s why I keep coming back. I get off work late, around 2am and these guys and their crew always make me feel welcome.
Can’t say enough about how awesome this place is. Keep up the great work guys…much love to this Taco Bell and their employees. You all deserve a raise and gratitude for your hard work always behind a smile…even late at night.

Dining room is closed, so only option is the drive-thru and they’re slow as hell. It took me OVER 30 MINUTES from when I got in line at the front of the building til I got to the window to pick up my food. It doesn’t matter what time of day you’re here, they’re only working as slow as a sloth and should be called Sloth Bell. When I asked what the problem is, the employee just said “Sorry. We’re trying to fix the food fresh. Have a nice day.”, and closed the drive through window.A 10-12 minute wait during peak times is acceptable, but 30 minutes? That’s a lame excuse. Most places would give a comp card for a future meal just for the inconvenience. That made me give them a 1 star as I guess they have to slaughter the chickens and cows, then process the meat, pick, wash, and cut up the vegetables, grind the corn and make tortillas, and process the milk into cheese and sour cream. I didn’t even get a freaking straw for my drink and the tacos, which were lukewarm, fell apart from having sat so long. WON’T BE BACK.

Horrible service, rude behavior, they can never get my order right, and when you ask about certain items they act like they have never carried it. I was told by a manager after my last large order was wrong, to come by any time and I would have those items for free, yet they made a huge deal out of it when I did return. And this order was wrong too….I asked for no lettuce and they listened for 2 of the 6 tacos and the rest had lettuce. I’m done with this Taco Bell. Save yourself the headache and go to Don Senor instead.

Look I don’t expect perfection, but if you decided to work here at least ensure quality. Fast food is getting more expensive, and employees are not getting paid enough to care. That creates a problem with the consumer. Gave it another shot, worse results, cantina tacos are out, I ordered a cantina quesadilla got a regular with three pieces……I’m done with this place. Again I don’t expect perfection but I expect what I ordered at a minimum. No greeting from the expeditor, no expression when I got my meal he looked like he had better things to do than work his shift. Ordered about 12:15pm March 24th. The rest of the order was correct.
