I don’t even like Taco Bell but I will give this place six stars if I could. This Taco Bell has one key element that very few other fast food restaurants, or any business that deals with customers on a regular basis has. And that is Miss Mariah at the drive-thru window. If the world had more people like her then I think we’d be in a lot better shape. That kind of customer service is unheard of, I mean seriously you just don’t see that and I appreciate you for who you are. If the owner or manager of that Taco Bell sees this, I want you to know you got a special person working for you and you should make sure and treat them accordingly

Very terrible customer service. Receipt states only beef and cheese on everything they load it up with sourcream which wasn’t even an option. The receipt says add guacamole and we never asked for guacamole. I let them know I didn’t want guacamole they looked at me asked me for the receipt I showed them the receipt and they said okay and shut the door. Everything is wrong and then some.

10/16/19 Terribly slow on lunch rush. Got rude with customers that wanted money back after waiting 45 minutes.
Soap dispenser and other items are always broken. A booth has been out of order for months. Front door is also often broken. Still eat here because I have limited options on my lunch hour but would avoid if I had more time.
10/15/20- year later zero change. Staff is slow, if manager is not working lunch prepare to wait 40min for simple items. Several people out of picture standing (10) here waiting over 30 min

Freeze machine was defrosting at 11pm, ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos add chicken, steak, and jalapeños. No jalapeños, but was charged for them. There was barely any meat in both burritos as well. Only place open at this time around here. Was in town foe the Louder than life festival… what I got was soso, leave for home in the AM so will not be back.

The place wasnt clean we had to clean the chairs and tables ourselves . Friendly staff and the food tastes good really but as you can see in the pic its not even close to what they are advertizing up in menu .
