Tacos have some meat, i think it’s some kind of meat, deer? Other? You figure it out. lettuce looks like broccoli ? Or dark grass from your yard! Nasty! Come on, who wants to spend your money on this?? Taco shells broken, and soft ones stick to wrapper!! Appetizing??? HUH? Don’t waste your money. What’s going on with these restaurants in fern creek? First off, I need to start by sharing that I am probably one of the biggest fans of Taco Bell. It probably wouldn’t be a stretch to say that I am in the top .001% of Taco Bell customers. All of this to say, it feels almost against my character and morals to say anything even slightly negative about one of my favorite restaurants in the entire world. Nonetheless, it must be done. The bean burrito I received at this location was so disgustingly horrible and dry. I gagged at even the idea of eating it. The beans were so old and dry that they closely resembled the very old and dry dirt that this Taco Bell was built upon. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the case here. In all my long, Taco Bell-devoted life, I’ve never been so disappointed or emotionally scarred from a fast food restaurant. That’s saying a lot because clearly my standards aren’t even that high seeing as I just announced that Taco Bell is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. I hope that this was just a one time disappointment and they won’t ever serve customers this quality of food ever again.

My wife wanted taco bell today and order chicken chalupa, had to wait 20 min on the line and they told me to wait because they didn’t get my order, they got my order and waited 10 min to get the food in the front parking lot, finally got the food and came home the order wasn’t even right also forgot my drink. Worst customer service ever and they were sending 10 other cars to wait in the line. Is this looks like chicken chalupa in the picture ??? I wish I can give 0 star, 1 star is too high for me today..

My husband and I have food allergies so we always have to make modifications to our food. With most fast food places you never know if you’ll get the food correctly. We went here around 3:30pm on 7/20 and not only was the food made correctly it was hot and delicious! Honestly the best tacobell we’ve had in years!!

The young lady that was working drive threw was fantastic an super sweet!!! My daughter’s liked her hair so they interacted for a few an she was super patient since we changed our order like three times ugh but anyways my first time at the Taco Bell but won’t be my last. Got to say one of the nicest I’ve been to. Didn’t go inside but the parking lot didn’t have trash ANYWHERE it was super clean. Good job,Taco Bell on that location!!!
