Apparently it’s normal for your Mexican pizza to “move around” when you get it. Sure that makes sense, but I’m sure the burrito and tacos all piled up on top of it didn’t help. Protip for anyone who bags something that be easily smashed, maybe not put it on the bottom of the bag. And maybe not say something like “Well that’s normal.” Good food though. Grilled cheese burritos are one of the best things Taco Bell has made in years

I called before because my order wasn’t how I expected. Not only did they greet me with a warm welcome, they also thanked me for giving them the chance to make my order right. The manager that I spoke with, made the order himself then thanked me again for giving them another chance. Actually makes me happy that there are fast food places that care enough about one customer that they truly want them to come back. People, go out of your way to go to this Middletown Taco Bell when you are close.

If you want cheese dip, don’t come here. Literally since I’ve been trying to order from this Taco Bell they can never get the cheese dip right. Several times I’ve ordered chips & cheese, and I’d say it seven 3-5 times, to just get chips. Tonight got 2 orders of chips and cheese, and the photo is what one of the containers contained. I don’t get why it’s so hard to get an order correct. Everything else has been fine with this location, besides the wait time, just don’t expect to get cheese dip.

I ordered a #2 which came up to 16.87 it was horrible I drove around to the drive thru and ordered a cantina chicken bowl and a loco taco only received the chicken bowl so I paid almost 17 dollars for a chicken bowl never going back it was late so I just went home

Typically poor service. They are often out of at least 1 thing I try to order. For my most recent and likely final visit, I was given this. For anyone who understandably couldn’t tell what it was I ordered… it was supposed to be a crunchwrap. The food was bland and I believe it may have been missing an ingredient or so.

The job is not that hard! But it seems it is because everytime I order food something is wrong or missing, EVERYTIME! it’s just sad it happens everytime, do better! Your menu consistent of around 7 or 8 main ingredients, so how does this happen 99% of the time!

8/1/24 at approximately 8:00 p.m. Eastern … My son and I proceeded to dine in at this Taco Bell. Food was great to be honest. However the restaurant was understaffed, staff had no social skills (never greeted us at the counter, just took the orders), confused looking when I approached the counter instead of the automated machine, and last whatever the hell they were using to wipe the tables off made them sticky and smell. Floors not swept either.
