I would definitely not recommend this location. We did have the buffet. The salad was just OK and I mean just OK. All of the pizza was old. They will however take a request and make a fresh one, but as far as variety goes, it was very poor and very old. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy and out of paper towels to dry your hands. There was urine all in the floor. The toilet was filthy. The sink was even worse. The girl that seated this was very nice. Other than that I probably will not ever try this location again. However, there is one good note there are cinnamon sticks and icing were excellent. Another thing that is note worthy. We were there exactly at noon on Thursday and there were only four tables occupied in the entire restaurant so they were not busy.

This location does it right!!! It really gives you “old school” Pizza Hut vibes. The food is fresh and the crust is delicious. The staff are also welcoming! We’ve been serviced by both Latisha & Kyle. They were both GREAT! We travel just to visit this location.

We have not been to a Pizza Hut in several years however that is now going to change. We visited this Pizza Hut this past weekend and the food was absolutely delicious! They had the pizza and salad bar open and it was clean, well stocked, and often got fresh delicious pizzas put onto the bar. We hope the cleanliness and high quality continue because we want to dine here again and often.

Absolutely love this Pizza Hut. The staff are extremely friendly and take great pride in their job. I think a lot of people in Mocksville often forget the great taste of Pizza Hut that we grew up with and forget it’s over off Madison Road and delivers. If you haven’t ordered from there lately, I can’t recommend them enough!

Walked in the waitress was sitting down on her phone, walk to just about every table, and every table was dirty. The green haired cash me outside manager supposedly was in the back sitting down in the chair on her phone. This was the nastiest store that I’ve ever been to in my entire life. They were lazy, was not greeted. Finally, after 5 minutes come to my table after I asked her. If I could get somebody to help me. After 10 minutes on waiting for her to come back to take my order. I got up and left. I would never encourage anyone to eat at this Maxville restaurant. If you have a server whose name is Cheyenne and a green haired supposedly. Don’t know what the heck she is in the back.

The food is adequate and a fairly good value. The staff were friendly although I had to go up to the counter and get an additional two menus for our party of four and we had to ask for the table to be dried off. It is absolutely UNBELIEVABLE that ANY self-respecting restaurant would be so bold as to present a menu with no prices. The oven alarm kept going off every 10 minutes, very annoying. I went here because the location was adjacent to a hotel that I was staying in but I will never patronize another Pizza Hut if I can find something else close by. Pizza Hut needs to get their stuff together.

I walked in and the first thing I noticed was how dirty the floors were. There was trash and food everywhere and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 2 or 3 days. We sat down and the server got our drinks. My parents got a salad off the salad bar and the salad bar was gross. There was food all over the counter and the cover wasn’t cleaned. It was also poorly stocked. I opened 4 rolls of silverware and they were all disgusting. Some still had food on then and they really looked like they haven’t been washed. My niece ate something off the salad bar and was almost instantly sick. She ended up getting sick twice before we left. And when the pizza finally came out it was under cooked. The server was really nice and tried his best but the store it’s self needs a lot of attention.
