I visited Taco Bell recently, and while the food I got was decent, I was pretty disappointed. I ordered a few items, but when I got home, they were missing from the bag. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, but not having my complete order really took away from the experience. I might think twice before coming back if I can’t rely on getting everything I order.

This is always a good go to Taco Bell location. I like a lot of the people in here. I actually know a lot of the people in this location. Emil always feels fresh and the tortillas never taste stale. So for the time being, this is probably my favorite location.

The manager here “Sharon” is a very unprofessional person and is in the wrong area of work. Very nasty, awkward speaking and unfriendly. I did an online order and was late picking it up, and it appeared that someone else took my order. Called to speak to the manager which was her and she didn’t conduct herself like a manager.

They forgot to pack 50 percent of my order. I called them with no answer for first 3 rings then employee was extremely rude and told me I didn’t look hard enough in the bag for the items missing. This Taco Bell is our favorite. They often have a slightly different menu than company stores. Service is fast and accurate; except you have to wait for assistance if you want to order inside without using the kiosk.
They accommodate reasonable requests without problem. My son’s no tomatoes and extra cheese comes out correct about 0% of the time.

I was told to come to restaurant when my delivery order was canceled out. I was promised a Mexican pizza. I drove all the way to the store and because of “shift change” they refused to honor the prior employee’s offer. I wasted my gas driving there. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

This is maybe the only Taco Bell in town that offers the promotional 5-7-9 dollar combos at the price they’re supposed to! I put in a timed order at work and when I swing by on the way home my food is always ready and waiting for me. No fuss, no muss. I’ve heard people complain about other stores skimping on the food, but my tacos and burritos are always filling and correctly made. This is really the only Taco Bell I go to. Highly recommended.

We stop at this location mainly during football season, since it’s on the way. They always have courteous employees here. I’ve encountered many different managers with the same result, great, speedy service. The food is always hot and delicious. Sometimes the drive thru gets backed up, but I’ve only experienced tha at during peak hours.
