Had the nicest burrito I have ever had at a Taco Bell. It was loaded with beef and cheese sauce and was nice and hot. It was the best Taco Bell burrito I’ve ever had. The girl that gave it to me was nice as well. I’ll be back for sure.

Placed an online order for drive thru pickup a little after 2AM. I made it to the store at 2:15 and the recording on the speaker asked if I had placed an order on the app, but a human never responded. I was trapped in line for the next half hour due to the cars pulling in behind me. When I was able to reach the window I could see the employees cleaning the store. I finally left when it was clear that they were ignoring me. They took my money and a half hour of my time, but they were too lazy to roll up two burritos. Didn’t even have the decency to talk to me. Their sign was still on and the store is supposed to be open until three.
Go anywhere else, this place is terrible.

I’d had a lot of Taco Bell in my life. I just ordered a frank’s red hot grilled cheese burrito and it was maybe a top-5 food experience like, in my life. It was loaded up and you could tell it was made with love. Locations can always be hit or miss, but I will be going out of my way to go to this one in the future. 10/10, would highly recommend.

Terrible service, I was on hold at the Drive thru window for 20 minutes just for a pick up order of nachos? the staff was rude and unfriendly, the one at the window doesn’t seem to know his job, they tried to give me a completely wrong order, then my cold food and on top of that they tried to charge me when i paid online.

i dont know what they dont understand about no lettuce but clearly its a hard thing to grasp , when someone says no lettuce , that means no lettuce . stop hiring dumb kids who cant follow easy instructions , like you literally dont have to put it on which is way easier than picking it off BELIEVE me . plus the tacos are broken in like 3 different spots so i cant hold it , and the “ steak “ quesadilla winded up turning into a chicken. which i paid extra for . other taco bells are not like this , specifically this one in particular on the night shifts. Do better .

We ordered 5 soft taco supreme, 2 regular soft tacos, 2 hard supreme tacos, a burrito and cinnamon twists.
We received cold and wet everything, all the soft tacos were supreme and they didn’t give the twists. They had to have made a bunch of food ahead of time and when orders came in they just tossed them into the bags.
We literally had to peel and pick the paper off the food it was so wet.

Service was good food is not. They gave me a flat barely filled burrito probably the worst I’ve ever got from Taco Bell. This Taco Bell use to be my favorite one in Louisville. Well idk if I even wanna go back now every time a Taco Bell does this I don’t go back and find a new one ♂️ got 4 of em and every single one is like this

We’ve been waiting here for about 30 minutes before we got our food. In that time 5 out of the 6 people served had missing food or the order was made incorrectly or the food was not made at all. After waiting for so long, one person walked up and asked about their order. It was never made. A family just walked out before ordering because it was taking so long. It’s also dirty at can be in the dining area. Why anyone would ever come back here confuses me.
