We were basically forced to use the kiosks. Front counter service was non existent. The food was fresh. We ordered Bean burrito with extra red sauce and onion. The sauce and onion were all in the bottom which leaked out. The tacos and double decker tacos were fine. The dining area was clean but needs a refresh. There seems to be a problem getting your drink cup when orderering at the kiosks.

The food and service was definitely satisfactory but it’s pretty sad that I had to inform the staff that the dining area was dirty – literally every table in the establishment was dirty, and the restaurant was empty. That is supposed to be cleanup time and if they were doing what they were supposed to do instead of chatting and sitting on boxes playing on their phones, they would have seen this. The floor has lettuce and shredded cheese everywhere! First impressions mean everything, even at a fast food establishment.

I only ordered 2 spicy potato soft tacos and a drink. I sat after paying at the drive thru window for 9 minutes just to receive a taco with literally 3 potatoes total. The woman at the window was clearly upset that it was taking so long and I know she was frustrated it was taking so long as well.

Love this location! Every time I’ve visited the staff has been friendly and polite. The service has always been quick and the food hot and tasty. I see other reviews about slow service. That hasn’t happened to me here as it has some other places, but I understand how hard it is to get people to show up to work these days, so occasional slow times would be understandable!

The food is absolutely amazing and in terms of service I mean it’s a fast food place you know how good can service be… ♂️ The atmosphere well I mean you know it’s fast food chicken joint in a very immigrant heavy part of town, so you get what you get.
But I will say though the structure of how they sell their food is absolute garbage. Most things are a la carte and any meals they have are just so ill-structured it’s ridiculous but then again the food is amazing I just don’t like how the structure their menus in terms of serving meals or dinner combos.

I ordered 5 crunchy tacos at the counter. Gave the guy a $20 bill and he handed me my changed back without a receipt which they always give you. I looked at the change he gave me back. Supposed to be around 7 bucks back. He gave me a $2 bill and two ones back. Not a $5 dollar bill. When I called him out he gave the 5 to me. Dude was stealing! Have not seen him back since. Places of business keeps traceable $2 bills in register in case they get robbed. So check you change when you go to this location

How hard is it for the cooks to read? When someone pays the amount of money they do for fast food, one expects their order to be hot and correct. I asked for NO TOMATOES on Mexican pizza, I recieved extra tomatoes… this location was terrible, then it got 95% better, now the last 2 times I’ve visited, the order was wrong each time. I guess this location can’t get it together, or they need to hire people that can at least read. It’s that too much to ask? Apparently so.
