I have been going to this particular Taco Bell for years, the service is always delightful, especially Olivia!! I know the owners and they are incredible people across the board. This management cares about their customers, and I have seen many improvements in the past two years.

Had the pleasure of Olivia S as our customer service greeter and cashier. She was super nice and Welcoming. Enjoyed our hot fresh food. Need more like Olivia behind the counters. Store was clean and tables cleared. Really wanted a Mexican Pizza but everywhere sold out!

Every visit it’s something. 30 mins to get a order. Always understaffed or the ones they have are incompetent. Always out of something. Terrible service and management.

No silverware with our order !! I guess they expect you to eat with your hands ! Chicken cantina is what we ordered ! I went back to get silverware they told me No they didn’t have any !!

I just got an order of 4 Doritos locos tacos and 2 sides of black beans. The beans were so dried out that they bounced and one only had about a tablespoon full in it. I returned them and was told that’s all they had after waiting for at least 5 minutes at the front counter with workers looking at me and not saying anything. Finally I got the drive through workers attention by raising my voice to be noticed and she got the manager who was the one to tell me that if he remade the beans it would take 30 mins so that’s all they had. I asked for a refund but I forgot my card at home when I rushed out of the house to return the food so a refund wasn’t an option. Not that the money for that order made any difference but I walked out with the food left in the restaurant and no refund and the customer service was the worst I think I have ever experienced! That’s seriously sad and I know they could have done a lot better than that!!!!!
Revision: After returning home I looked at the tacos and they are no better! Maybe a tablespoon of meat and about a pound of lettuce and no cheese! Good grief! May not go back if that’s how it’s going to be!

They try to charge me for the free sauce packets and I watched the guy with the bandanna on his head pick his nose before he handed the food to me. I would like for someone rather than Dan call me back about another incident that happened two weeks later at the drive through window..I spoke to Dan and he was very rude and Unprofessional about this matter as he Proceeded to tell me that he was the highest Management & person that I could talk to about this. I kinda was thinking that statement was not true the more I talked with him and how unprofessional he was. I have all conversations recorded and the video on my phone of the girl that was working that evening give me the middle finger at the drive through window and my grand children was in the car with me that day that she done this in front of as well when I was picking up my food order from the drive through window.. Taco Bell in Hardinsburg is in need of new Management Because they’re very unprofessional and rude. I would like to talk with someone higher than Dan and show the recorded conversations and the recorded video I have of that day that all this happened.
