The spicy rigatoni pasta is absolutely to die for, perfectly cooked with just the right kick and rich, flavorful sauce. Their Margherita pizza is equally amazing – fresh, classic, and beautifully done.
The overall vibe makes it such a great place to sit back, enjoy good food, and soak in the Ocean Drive energy. I would 100% come back again!
Pro tip: Don’t let that leftover pasta sauce go to waste, grab some bread and dip it in. It tastes incredible ❤️

Good drink specials, food, and service. The person, I don’t know the proper term (host/greeter) was who really clinched it/sold it from all the other restaurants on Ocean Ave as we were walking by. Persistence, but not pushy. Funny, charming and most importantly sold the specials and drink specials.

I stayed in the area for 5 days, and since I discover this place I made it my favorite spot to have my breakfast and evening drinking spot. Carolina was a super host!!!..always smiling. !! Food was simply great and drinks well-prepared !! Take their happy hour it is definitely a good deal! Music is great !!..even in the morning the atmosphere and vibes rocks!!!

His recommendations were spot on and the service was smooth and professional all night. You can tell he really cares about giving guests a great experience. Amazing dinner at Caffe Milano! Manuel was our server and he was fantastic—very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. He recommended the lobster ravioli and they were absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Manuel made the whole experience even better with his great attitude and service. Food was very good so the service and the ambiance! We sat outside and it was nice. It was very busy that evening but our drinks and food came out pretty quickly and it was delicious!! Love the little protective casing for the lemon half! clever idea!

The service was the highlight of the visit. Our server, Jason, was friendly and efficient. He kept the water glasses full and checked in just the right amount of times to make sure everything was okay. It’s clear Jason knows the rhythm of the dining room well, as the food arrived hot and the timing between courses was perfect.
