I will be discontinuing my use of this location for anything except maybe an occasional fountain drink from now on. Continously had issues here with skimping. This time I even offered to pay more on top of what I had already paid because I DID order extra meat and the proof was on my receipt so I wasn’t just asking for free extra meat. I gave them a chance to fix it, and left unsatisfied. 17+$ I’ll take and make my own food next time, or spend somewhere else. Please note I am reviewing this specific Taco Bell, and not all of them in general. I know it’s not that deep, and I’ll move on- but if you get the same treatment here, I encourage you to do the same.

First time to this location and it was absolutely horrible! We do not live in Bardstown and were there and decided to eat dinner at this location. I have 3 kids so we dined in. We waited 45 mins for our food! While workers were worried about drive thru. We were not the only ones in the store dealing with this there was 3 others as well. They kept saying “we’re new we’re training.” But yet drive thru orders were getting done in under 5 minutes. My husband had one of the employees threaten him and act like he was going to fight him and tried taking his shirt off and was saying racial slurs. All this happened infront of my 3 kids. The food was sloppy once we got it. We definitely will not be back to this location.

This is the most disgusting Taco Bell the city of bardstown has to offer. Staff is extremely rude and lack customer service. Lobby is filthy, floors look like they haven’t been mopped in days, trash bins full, etc.

This place absolutely sucks. The GM is worthless and all of her little minions that like to stand behind her and not do their job when there was orders in the drive-through while I was complaining to her need to learn how to go back and mind their own business I had an order from Friday that was completely screwed up, trying to get a refund and they told me there was nothing they could do that’s absolute bullshit. I will never go to Taco Bell ever ever again and I am calling corporate. You are a horrible general manager and you need to quit your job.

Visiting from out of state. Family said this was the best of the two locations. The people were nice but the accuracy and attention to detail could use improvement. Everything was overcooked and missing ingredients. It was disappointing.

This Taco Bell location stands out for its consistently quick service and accurate orders – you can expect to get your food in under 8 minutes through the drive-thru, which is impressive for fast food. The main inconsistency is food quality. It’s a complete gamble – you’ll either get piping hot, fresh food that hits the spot, or items that are cold and seem like they’ve been sitting out. There’s rarely an in-between. This unpredictability can be frustrating, especially if you’re a regular customer.
The drive-thru area is always clean and well-maintained, which I appreciate. While the customer service could be more polished, they’re efficient and get the job done. The speed and order accuracy make this location a decent option when you need a quick meal, just be prepared for varying food quality depending on when you visit.

2 stars only because service was decent. Seriously, I was given 6 of these taco “supremes”, for $16.74. Nothing supreme about these.
Every time I come back here I kick myself for not getting tacos from one of the other 8 places in Bardstown where I can get a decent taco at the same or better price.

This is the last time I will come to this taco bell. Everything we order here they always leave something out of the order or try to pass off nasy old food to customers. Shame on me for giving them several tries to fix their mistakes. When we went to ask for the items they left they knew they left the missing food out of our order. We couldn’t go in to get the missing items because they locked the doors at 9pm. The staff was rude on top of everything else.

This place is so slow. We’ve been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes now. I never thought a taco bell could be slower than ours in our home town. But we have a contender in the crappiest taco bell contest. Will update about food later. Still in the drivethru….
