Poor. First the AI order taker left off half of my order. After driving around to the windows again, I was told to come inside. When I get inside, there’s no one there to help me. Finally one of the food preparers help me. I had to reorder and pay for the items missing. Discovered that my Crunchwrap Supreme had no meat. The meat on the chulupas we ordered were sparse and no cheese. No Sauce offered.

Why are we not telling customers that you’re out of Chipotle sauce ? This MAKES the grilled cheese burritos. Its the only reason we order them. As for some other items we ordered. None is on them. We ask at the window for extra and are told then you are out. I wouldn’t have even ordered this food had I known that. What a waste of time. Won’t be returning.

i don’t leave reviews often, but this has been the worst experience i have had with Taco Bell’s food.
we placed an order on the mobile app, and picked it up at the drive thru. i personally ordered the cantina chicken quesadilla and the cheesy double beef burrito. the burrito was made incorrectly (had rice after i specifically ordered it without, and had onions which were ordered on a separate burrito), and the quesadilla wasn’t even half filled. we also ordered two spicy potato tacos, and the potatoes weren’t fully cooked. the rice on the burritos wasn’t fully cooked either.
attached is a picture of the cantina chicken quesadilla i ordered. im not sure how you can possibly underfill a quesadilla this badly. it was absolutely not worth $7. steer clear of this location if you’re looking for a good experience at Taco Bell.
(oh, and after reporting these mistakes on the app, the only thing i got was a $5 coupon for my next order, which would not even cover the food that was messed up. not even a refund.)

The girl/lady that works over the fries skimped me on regular size fries. It was less then half in the box and 3 in the bag. I parked and walked in to tell them. She said “there where more fries in there they ate them” which is a lie. Who eats fries that fast in 30 seconds, i wouldve been chewing, and its not worth getting over on when i could get more at McDonald’s for the same price. Anyways. I also ordered a Veggie Bowl, it didnt have guac in it along with the guac sauce packet. Attitudes across the board. Do your job correctly and you wouldnt have issues.

I normally don’t like leaving bad reviews but my experience with Taco Bell in Waveland, MS was terrible! My husband and I paid $22 for 1 crunch wrap supreme, a beefy 5-layer burrito, and 7 chicken chipotle melts. They literally put one measley piece of chicken on every single one of our chipotle melts. And the burrito was all beans and no ground beef!! I understand fast food can get busy but We were the ONLY ones in the drive thru so it’s not like it was during rush hour. And to top it off I asked for my receipt from the cashier to which she replied, “We don’t give out receipts.” I would give them 0 stars if I could. Will not be spending my money there ever again..

We eat at Taco Bell’s across the country, this is without a doubt the worst! Barely any meat, cheese or lettuce on all 6 tacos. They say this is how they should be made, “one scoop”. They did offer a remake which I said no thanks. They also brought out one taco as we left, again pass. And no syrup available for most of the soda, can’t pay cash, no drawer. They are apparently out of supplies and should close the doors. Thank goodness for the sauce packets!! This can’t be how they always operate, right??

Not sure why you would insist on putting 3 burritos and 4 tacos and 2 fries on top of the Mexican pizza box but it’s really ridiculous. Can’t figure out how incompetent you need to be to do this but seems as though it’s a prerequisite to be hired ♂️
