Was the worst experience that have ever had at an taco bell. Ordering took forever and then they had us park out front and when they finally brung out food there was no reciept so went in and asked for one and they said they couldn’t find it. When got home to separate the order to give everyone their food, multiple items were missing. Everyone’s hard tacos seemed like they were old because every single one of them the bottom was wet so when went to pull the taco out it stuck to the paper and ripped the whole bottom off of the tacos

No one at counter for online pick up. Place was empty besides two employees on break in the corner. Stood at counter starring blanklessly into space while waiting on someone to show up at counte. Order had no napkins, straw, sauces, and I was handed a cup to serve my own drink. If I order online I expect it to be ready. Drink sauces and napkins. If I go through drive through for ordering or pickup then I would be served a drink. I’m seeing more places do this and I’m not a fan. I paid 100 percent y money for 100 percent of my order. Get better soon

Spent literally 45 minutes in the drive through. They would not let us do two orders in one vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous that they will not allow you to do two orders in one vehicle. They forgot several things between both orders. Went inside for the missed items and they didn’t even have the drinks that we ordered so they made us choose something else. They charged 20 cents a piece and I ordered 4 and they didn’t give them to me. The food was not made with the ingredients requested and they tasted weird!!! This is not a bean burrito and definitely not a beefy five layer!! The nachos were not made right. My order for both orders was $85. There is absolutely no reason there was this many issues and such poor service!!!

If you enjoy surprises, this Taco Bell might be for you. If you actually want what you ordered, probably not. Ordering here feels like ordering a mystery bag. There’s wrong items, missing items, or completely random substitutions. It’s worse on night shift. How does one see an order for sweet tea and give out mango soda instead? At this point it feels more like a place to gamble than a fast-food stop.

This place is a joke! The kids on night shift don’t have NO CLUE about customer service. They literally will be like, “oh, we have it but there isn’t none made and I ain’t doing it.” I would fire the entire crew.

My group ordered two separate orders, one online at around 5:35 pm, and a physical order at a kiosk in the store at around 5:42pm. When we walked in we were not greeted by any staff member but a log queue of customers and doordashers, who had been waiting for over 30 minutes, and one even an hour. Two members of my group made their way to the counter to request the cups for the orders and was given them. We waited as a group in two tables out of the way of the line, our group had a small child and a few other children, around the 15 minute mark the small child in our group began complaining of being hungry and asked another when the food should be ready. Two members of my group walked to the counter and asked an estimated wait time, we were also on a time crunch so we could make it to another event we had planned on going to and had tickets to. We were ignored, and when we asked again the member told us that they’d be finished with the food soon. At this time the online order, in the TacoBell app, processed as completed at 5:51pm, it was 6:05pm. My group became more and more hungry and the kids grew tired of waiting, by 6:11pm we still had no food given to us. After a 45 minute wait, at around 6:17 we were given our food, already being late to our other event. We did consider leaving but both orders had been paid for and processed, canceling the orders also failed. SO MORAL OF THE STORY: DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL BE IGNORED BY EMPLOYEES AND THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

I’m usually not one to complain because I understand things happen. I had a mobile order and went to pick it up through the drive-thru. When I got there, a man had given me my drink that I ordered. Then a lady had asked me what my name was and if I ordered at the right location. I had double checked to make sure; everything was correct on my end. I don’t exactly know if they didn’t have my order at all or what, but she gave me attitude about it and told me to pull into the parking lot. Anyway.. go to the parking lot and waited 30 minutes! Everyone else had received their food and I never did. Got tired of waiting and left! I didn’t even care enough to go inside for a refund.

Like I said, things happen and I get that, but it was truly unnecessary to not inform me of what the reason was as to why I didn’t get my food AND why they had an attitude. I won’t be going back.

If I could give a zero I would! The girl working tonight’s drive through had a nasty attitude! Our order was right on the screen yet we received the wrong order. When my husband asked why she was talking to us with an attitude…she said that’s just how she talks. Highly unacceptable! This is beyond ridiculous and is a disgrace to humanity if she continues to work there! I’ve tried to call the establishment multiple times and no one ever answers. I called another location that is about 5-10 miles from there and they answered immediately! Someone needs to intervene with the work habits of the employees at this location!

The robot taking our order informed us there were no fries or straws. Fine. Still let us order tacos, crunch wrap etc. It wasn’t until we got home that we also found out they were apparently out of tomatoes, lettuce and other topping/fillings. Should not have charged us the same amount and not told us. Won’t be going back.

This Taco Bell NEVER gets your order right. Just tonight I had over a $50 order and got 4 items…go to the one by Walmart they are nice and always get your order right. This one should literally be closed down.
