Don’t order delivery from this location. Went extremely light on everything. Didn’t see I said no rice in my boritto, didn’t out in the hot sauce I order, and they gave me a slushy instead of a soda. Can’t wait for the new taco place down the road from them to open up.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!! Rude cashier and you’ll be waiting in the drive thru line for over 40 mins before you even get to the window. And then additional 20 mins after they pull you around to hand you your food. And then additional 10 mins because your food wasn’t right. I ordered a spicy double steak burrito and get this, it only had steak and cheese in it. Now why would I pay almost $10 for that, for a $2 burrito. So I go in an ask for a refund because this wasn’t the first time that this had happened, not this bad but still and the cashier got bend out of shape because of it. Started talking about she gonna walkout and just started talking nun sense and if looks could kill, I’ll be dead. So I’m over here confused like what! I get you have bad days but this was just straight out rudest. So I literally wasted about an hr+ and walked out with nothing. Went right over to Wendy’s and literally spend about 15 mins in all and the food was hot and good. I’ll never go back to this Taco Bell again.

Wanted to dine in but lobby was locked, the acting manager said lobby was closed. Went back after 2hours of shopping, the lobby was open and occupied by people dining inside. We went inside order our dinner and questioned why was lobby closed earlier and was told the previous manager that day locks it when she is on duty because she doesn’t want to deal with people inside. Bad business policy and/or personal.

Probably the worst Taco Bell, employees have terrible customer service being rude!! Everytime we go we order the grilled steak cheese burrito and it never has the rice, chips, or anything else that come on it just steak and cheese only. How do you expect me to pay 8.99 plus tax just steak and cheese wrapped in a tortilla.
