Out of all the taco bells I’ve been to than this one was crazy. Not only was the night shift guy a jerk but when we were confused and asked why they couldnt make a bean burrito (they had bean and cheese available.) than they yelled and said because we don’t have all the stuff available. And when I asked why they couldn’t make the doordash order we had which was just locos tacos than they said because they don’t have the stuff available. But than proceeded to tell me they only had been and cheese burritos and locos tacos. Which is exactly what we were asking for. They were so rude when all we were asking is for what they said they had available. I called the doordash and told them that the store said they couldn’t make the order and to prove show them why because the reason they told me didn’t make sense I put the phone next to the speaker and asked them if they could tell doordash the reason. ( I did this not to be rude but so they could cancel the order without penalizing me. As well as so I could get a full refund for the customer. ) but I was shocked as after asking if they could tell doordash why they need to cancel they just started yelling at the poor doordash support worker like he did not deserve that he only asked for you to confirm the reason you couldn’t complete this as the store so he could remove it. And they yelled at him. It was at first the guy but than this girl who hopped on and started screaming next. I hope this can be fixed promptly. If you do some customer service training as well as communication training it works wonders. I’ve worked in customer service for years. And even when customers threw drinks at me I held my head high. It’s a job field that sucks but if you don’t have a lot of options than it is what it is and if you work really hard you’ll find even at fast food restaurants your running by yourself loyal customers will start to leave you tips.

I had 2 orders, used drive through, CashierJasmine was rude, spoke over me when placing my order, refused to let me complete my sentences by continuing to speak over me, had an attitude when I approached the window, I asked for extra ice, she told me that I had to go back through the drive through to reorder extra ice. Co-worker beside her laughing
Please give them training on customer service. You can clearly see this location was not busy so what was the reason for the rudeness

I just ordered from Taco Bell, and my nachos box was nasty. I’m not sure if the meat wasn’t cooked properly, but it’s messing with my stomach, and the meat tasted spoiled.

I went to Taco Bell on Suncrest to order the party pack tacos for $13.99 I wanted all soft tacos the young lady at drive thru tells me the soft tacos will he $21, but as you can see the menu shows $13.99 for crunchy or soft. I asked will yall be honoring price due to menu not showing it. She said NO. I called to speak with the Mgr. And she hung up in my face. SO I didn’t order. I went to another Taco Bell on Hwy 80 who honored me the price that show on the menu.

Lady at the drive thru today (1-23-2025) at around 1:10pm was rude as hell. I asked for sauce and she didn’t give me any and when I went back through the drive thru to ask for the sauce she neglected to give me she caught an attitude and said she could “only give 2” because she “knew I gave you some” even when I PROVED she didn’t give me any to begin with claiming I “probably took it out of the bag” and I know for a fact I didn’t. She deserves to be fired or put in the back of the store and taught how to treat customers.
