I ordered a empanada and didn’t get it and I ordered mild sauce and didn’t get it so now I would like to know how I’m supposed to get a refund for my items I didn’t get and my food looks like this my supreme chalupa only has cheese and sour cream on it and that’s all , I’m so disappointed with my order if I had a way back up there I would take it back that’s why I ordered it on line because I didn’t have a ride I’m so hurt and disappointed, I’ll never order anything from there again unless I be standing there to see my order because this doesn’t make any sense

Terrible service. The person at the drive-through messed up our order several times. Some items were burnt. One burrito was destroyed. We didn’t get all of the food we ordered, plus they only gave us four sauce packets for food for 5 people. The food was also bad. How do you mess up Taco Bell? If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. Keep driving and go somewhere else.

I just left taco bells not too long ago , and for some reason they’re out of everything. Im guessing whoever is on shift is just plain lazy and dont want to make the food when its 1:17 and they closes at 2 in the morning !!! And then choose to have an attitude when they told me they have everything other than what i wanted . Highly dissappointed in the service tonight!!

There probably wasn’t a tablespoon of meat in the taco. There wasn’t much of anything. My husband and I ordered the same thing. All 6 tacos were the same. Nothing. Good thing I asked for extra cheese. Just a sliver in each.

Ordered food for the family, we were the only ones there and it took thirty minutes (no big deal), by the time we got our food the Mexican pizza was soggy and it had a hair on it so I decided to go ahead and order a taco and cinnamon twist. This took another 20ish minutes and when my husband went and asked they hadn’t even started it. Everyone else was done so I took mine to go. Found a bug on the cinnamon twist.

Taco Bell needs to up their game and quit trying to come up with stupid gimmicks. Today’s deluxe toasted screw-you-puh whateva ate like an old shoe after walking over a muddy slag road. As in NOT crispy. Stale taco and nachos, too. I know this is hot humid Mississippi but come on folks! And why do they put TWO burrito shells in every burrito, now??!! Fire some marketers, Taco Bell , and BRING BACK THE 7 LAYER BURRITO instead of that boring fake pizza!! ⚡

Decided to try go for a chalupa cravings box instead of my usual steak power bowl ’cause, well, TIRED of droppin’ like $12 bucks whenever I ring da bell! . Glad I did—less that $8 bucks and even upgraded the lame soft taco to a crispy doritos whateva supreme. And everything was 5 PLUS stars, today!

This particular TBell was awful. They were out of most everything including drinks. The food was mediocre at best and the order was wrong. Will never visit that store location again.

Terrible! They didn’t have any burrito wraps so you couldn’t order any food that required a wrap to make it: no burritos, no quesadillas, no crunchy wraps, etc… So we ordered taco supreme meals minus the sour cream & tomatoes, basically got regular tacos for the price of supreme. Employees weren’t really friendly though they were reluctantly accommodating to change our drinks from sweet tea to unsweetened tea which is what we ordered and give an extra cup of glass. Only positive was clean restroom facilities.

Don’t bother wasting your money here. They always get orders wrong and they don’t make the food like they’re supposed to. A $6 crunch wrap supreme is as flat as a quasadilla. It was literally nothing but a tablespoon of meat and mostly bread.
