This Location is the worst TB in the country, Im a Door Dasher. its impossible to get an order done in a timely fashion, Sunday Feb 15th around lunch time, i had a decent order to pick up, the drive through had at least 10 cars, every table was occupied but no food being eaten. I unassigned my delivery after waiting 30 minutes and having staff saying “we are not miracle workers”
I decided id give it another try, Today Friday feb 20 same problem, i had 2 small orders to pick up, t
2 different customers, after 25 minutes the first orders was done, except SODA, then the second order 10 more minutes. I waited got the orders and delivered, got ZERO tips and 2 pissed off customers. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, I will tell every one of my lunch customers NEVER TO GO TO TACO BELL Tupelo. What no one seems to understand about Door Dash, if we don’t do 4 deliveries per hour or average 1.00 per mile we are making less than Minimum wage, while spending pour money on Gas, Insurance and upkeep on our cars, delivering cold food, late is bad for everyone

Please stop smoking in the back of the kitchen. It goes through the vents straight into the restroom and is unbearable. At 3:10 pm on wed. Stop smoking in the restaurant. I couldn’t even poop it was so bad. I got one lung, disabled. You gonna kill someone because of your habit.

This place needs either new management, new staff, a new franchisee, or all the above. Fast food work is not that difficult. I ordered 3 chicken tacos with NO lettuce and NO tomatoes with extra cheese. I got 3 Luke warm chicken tacos with extra lettuce and barely any cheese. Pay attention to the order screens they tell you exactly what people ask for. I also hate the kiosk. I want to give my order to a real human who will take cash and not a card. If you want to order this way the staff WILL ignore you.

They left the meat off my food. I ordered boxes and had different stuff in each. They threw all 5 boxes worth of food in one bag. I had to dig through the burritos and see which was which. I hate digging into other people’s food. I live 20 minutes away, so I can’t just run back to have them fix my food.

terrible customer service. they always make you pull to the front door even when there is no line. they forgot some of my food, which I didn’t notice until I got home, when I got back to tell them they acted like I was lying and did not act remorseful at all.

We only do drive thru here. Their food and service is average. They seem to be the only fast food place in Fulton where they actually get the order right.

Terrible. Our first time in Mississippi and at this Taco Bell. SIX cars. Waiting for their food. 15-20mins for each car to get their food. CLEANING LADY comes out with food WITH her gloves on. Absolutely nasty. Absolutely outrageous.

Came in, 2 people waiting at the counter, and about 12 people in the store and no one had food.. we asked if they was serving upfront and they said there was only 4 people working (4 is enough) and they’ll get to us when they can, we stayed in there for only about 10 minutes then we left, and not once did any employee come to the counter [11-9-25 12:40pm]
