But I never received my food after ordering at 1:15 within the app. Stating the app said ready at 1:32pm
At 2:00pm after waiting a significant amount of time and this is what I received. Nothing

I decided to order Taco Bell, I ordered close to 40 dollars worth of food. I ordered at 12:30 a.m, I didn’t receive my food until 2:40 a.m. I got it through their app’s delivery option, when my food finally got here I received probably 10 dollars worth of food if that. I ordered a Crunchwrap box with a burrito, side of potatoes, and a large drink, 3 spicy potato tacos, an order of their churros, a chicken quesadilla, 2 of their new potato burritos, a large nacho fry with cheese sauce, and some sauce packets. What I received was 2 spicy potato tacos, a quesadilla, and one of the burritos. I tried calling them to fix it but their store phone was just instant hang up every time I tried, they took forever to make my food and then didn’t even fix it. I have been in the past and been cursed out by their staff multiple times just for pointing out missing items/food made incorrectly (you will always be missing something if you order from them.) I had multiple people to feed, and because of their mistake I have had to cook food for multiple people at 3 am when it was supposed to just be a simple day where I order some fast food. I have never had a good experience getting food from here and none of the workers even cover up their hair. Horrible service, horrible food, always incorrect with the orders, won’t give you all of your food then will hang up on you or won’t answer when you try calling to get your money back. If you are wanting anything done right then make it yourself at this point, never eat here.

I am so sad because I love Taco Bell and this is the only one in Oxford and it is just formidable to go to. Just make sure to carve out 3 hours of your night to sit in the drive through if u want Taco Bell because it will genuinely probably take you that long.

WOW. when i say they made my food with love… ive truly never tasted anything greater than the little version of heaven rolled up in a tortilla today. best taco bell ive ever had hands down. also shout out to the workers who were so incredibly nice and helpful

The Franchise Owner has to be Embarassed.. We patiently waited for two small combo meals after we ordered inside. 28 minutes later it was finally ready at the counter..

I have been to this Taco Bell 3 times & all 3 times our order was wrong. Today I did a mobile order & got in the drive thru 20 minutes later. The lady asked my name & said okay, turns out they had no Dorito taco shells. So I said regular shell was fine. After waiting in line for 30 minutes we get to the window & she asks me if I was sure I had made the order for the Oxford location. Which I did & then she said okay I found it. Here we are 20 minutes later still waiting with no food. This place needs some new management. It is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced.

I love Tacobell but it’s gotten very expensive over the years so I only go when I see a good online deal now. The food was ready when I got there and my order was correct. There were several people working in the back but the cashier was sitting at a table and asked me why I was there. I told her I had an online order and she called to the back for them to help me. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible experience. I just wish the cashier was a little friendlier and helped out the people making food.

If I could give a O 1 would I’ve been waiting in the drive through line for 2 hours after placing a mobile order and then when I come up to the window they told me to pull up and wait more but the people behind me got there orders and were able to drive away.

Worse ran establishment in the state of Mississippi. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve waited 2+ hours in the drive thru with maybe 6 cars in front of me. My most recent trip after waiting over an hour in line, I got up to the window where they didn’t even open the window to speak to me for at least half an hour as the did to the four cars in front of me. I honestly cannot see one good reason to keep coming here. Food is either cold or wrong. Save your money and go to chipotle or something

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Placed our order before 12 am and waited in drive thru until 4:30 am. Our order said it would be ready well before the store closing (4am). When we finally got to the speaker he said he had our order and to pull forward. They took over 20 minutes with each car at the window before us. After waiting another hour, we pulled to the window to get our already paid for food and they first said they didn’t have our order, then said they had no food, ignored us and were just talking, and then said they had no food left and for us to go home. Such a rude staff, not understaffed at all, clearly could care less for people paying and waiting 4 hours. So we left with no food. To add to that we only got refunded $17 of our $30 dollar meal. Genuinely worst taco bell I’ve ever been too.
