Absolutely amazing food and service. I think that was the absolute best waitress I have ever had in my life and it was my birthday so that made it even better that she was so excellent. We had mostly sushi and it was brought out in the most beautiful display. The atmosphere is very nice in this place.

What a hidden gem! Amazing ramen, tasty appetizers. Although we did not get sushi, judging from tables next to us, it was good too. Even the seaweed salad was special, served with tomatoes and greens, it was somehow different from seaweed salads I have had before. Light but super tasty, very umami laden. Service was impeccable. Since the restaurant is located inside of the Baymont hotel, its decoration and such is limited to the hotel’s retro, low key ambiance. Don’t let the location fool you, this is a truly amazing spot. The happy hour special is very reasonable and the ramen is better than any I have had all over.

I just returned from another trip through Japan, and while jet lagged and awake last night, I thought, “I miss ramen already”. I slung through this place on my lunch break today expecting a little disappointment, aaaaand…I was pleasantly surprised! The miso ramen had great flavor and had generous portions of thick cut pork. The staff was kind as well. I will be back.

What a find in Frisco, a real hidden gem found inside the Baymont Hotel. Traditional Tonkotsu ramen, Amazing Spam Musubi, & Karaage.
Traditional pork and chicken broth cooked to perfection 15 plus hours. Tender Char Sui with a hint of teriyaki, and a seasoned soft egg that was well tended too. The chef knows his craft.
Also a real surprise was their Spam Musubi… Wow first bite was amazing so many different textures and perfect flavors. This is a Hit out of the park, a Must order !
Overall Great service, really good food, and definitely a Must Try.

The Ramen is INCREDIBLE. This gem is hidden away but worth the adventure. The hotel is undergoing renovation, but the are open. Great value and super nice staff. My Spicy Miso ramen was spicy, but not too much (picture is after I started eating:) My friend had the Chicken Momoniku ramen and loved his too. Enjoy!

I’ve only had the sushi here but it’s really good! The chef has been making sushi for 15 years, and has really beautiful technique. And outside of that both the chef and staff are really friendly. Also, if you’re feeling adventurous the chef sometimes offers some non traditional fish selections like makeral. To top it all off you can really tell the chef takes a lot of time and care in preparing his food as every dish that goes out is really pretty easy on the eyes.

I was extremely skeptical about trying this place but I am glad I did. My boyfriend and I are from the east coast and have been to some of the best ramen houses in New York and Philadelphia and we both agreed that this place compares! Which is crazy! Would highly recommend to anyone!
