I actually ate some KFC and Taco Bell since they’re combined and serve from the same speaker/window. It was my first time getting food from a one of those kind of restaurants and I like that it adds more choices to a menu. They were polite and the fairly quick with their service. My chicken sandwich wasn’t quite on point like some I’ve had elsewhere but nothing major. Their Cinnabon delights are awesome but I can’t imagine how anyone could mess an order of those up. All in all, good experience.

This establishment was unorganized, unprofessional and unapologetic. It took over 20 minutes to get our food in the drive thru after we ordered and they were not busy at all. On top of that they gave me the wrong order 2 times. I order the same thing everything I go to taco bell and my food tasted weird, I couldn’t eat it. I’m so disturbed that I wasted $13 on my meal that I was really looking forward to.

Person taking the order does not speak clearly and just mumbles. Gets upset when asked to repeat the question. By the time we get to the window after having to repeat our simple order 7 times over the intercom our order is not even close to correct. Employees were cussing through the window. Even after smiling the whole time and being courteous waiting for 20 mins for our food. The gentleman that brought out our food when we said thank you scoffed and said whatever as he walked away. Will not be back.
