I ordered from here today 1/11/2026 on DoorDash. I got a burrito bowl and chips and queso… I was half way through the chips and queso when I discovered mold ALL over the chips… Beware! This is a health hazard. Absolutely disgusting!!!

I ordered from here several times, but the last time I came, there was small plastic pieces in both plates I got. We made a complaint but havent heard back regarding that. Could have easily ingested it which may have caused so many issues. Thankfully we were able to see them before swallowing them. And they werent small pieces either.

Getting tired of this. If you don’t want to do your job then quit and get a job where you can sit around and not care. Every time the order has already been picked up and they think it’s funny like I’m glad you think it’s funny because you’re paid by the hour but delivery drivers are paid by the order and every time we cancel we don’t get paid at all. And you guys literally don’t even care about your jobs. It’s so messed up. And to not tell anyone to cancel the order and let 10 drivers come to try and pick it up. Are you kidding me??!! Proving you don’t care about anybody else or wasting anybody’s time. Management really needs to change some things. Not even mentioning the dirty tables and dirty bathroom every time. Please do something about this because it’s ridiculous!! And also funny how you guys don’t confirm any of your orders and say well it’s not our job to confirm them, umm actually it is

I came in tonight 4/8/25 at 9 PM and the ladies working were AMAZING!!! I have had so much Qdoba throughout my life and I am almost never impressed with the way my burrito is assembled. Usually a total mess with ingredients separated. But the ladies who made mine tonight did it so perfectly and with care and it was a thing of beauty. So good and satisfying. So much technique. They were friendly too! You usually don’t see that when a place is doing closing work. Please tell them thank you and consider them for a raise.
