In a chain restaurant, consistency is key. As long as none of the ingredients are stale or spoiled, and the workers follow the guidelines, it’s basically the same everywhere. But occasionally, you find a location or an employee that just tries a little harder, pays more attention to detail. That’s what this was! I order the same few items at Taco Bell pretty much every time. But I could taste the attention to detail and the extra effort that was put into my order. Bravo!!

Clean restrooms, friendly customer service, and food tasted fresh. However, coffee is not good. I had myself an iced coffee with two creamers and my Dad had himself an iced coffee with two creamers & two sugars. His coffee came out white and mine was a light brown. Mine looked more like coffee than his. Mine still tasted a little watered down. I know this isn’t a coffee shop though & this isn’t there specialty. My chicken power bowl was delicious.

Food was average quality but wait time was horrendous. It was around 7:30 pm and there was one other person waiting inside and maybe a few cars in the drive through. You could the kitchen was fully staffed from the front counter and all that was ordered was 3 soft tacos and it somehow took 15 mins. Seems like a management issue if they have more than enough people but no one working.
