I went through the drive thru tonight and asked for specific sauce. I didn’t get a single sauce packet and when I called back to let them know I didn’t get any all they said was we’re sorry for that if want to come back we have a sauce station in our lobby. Like seriously can yall just pay attention. I was literally the only car in the drive thru tonight

i went straight to the window considering i did not need to order i needed something fixed that was not right. got to the window and was cut off mid sentence with a rude remark(keep in mind i was very respectful) after i finally got to finish my sentence i was quite literally scolded for skipping the speaker by the worker (her name is haley eakin) and overall left extremely pissed off due to the attitude of this girl. will not be back

This place needs to shape up or ship out. One of their kiosk is out of service, and when we ordered we have to ask the person at the register for our cups and the drink machines aren’t working in the lobby. And their is no communication and they are oblivious. We had to wait bout an hour for our food. We aren’t coming back here. And they can’t keep up and especially bad, I mean very bad management. And cursing in front of customers. Please hire new people at this location.
