The prices are very reasonable for the quality and generous portions. I especially enjoyed the Poori with Potato Masala and the Masala Dosa, both were cooked perfectly and flavorful. The restaurant clearly takes care to maintain quality and consistency.
The only downside was that parking was a bit challenging to find, which made picking up the order slightly stressful. However, once parked, everything went smoothly, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Overall, Chili’s is a reliable spot for quick, flavorful South Indian food. Despite the minor inconvenience with parking, I’ll definitely be ordering again and would recommend it to anyone looking for fresh, well-prepared Indian cuisine.
When the owner had the market next door, I noticed the quality shifted a tad. It was good but it didn’t have the same kick as the restaurant. This is minor critique.
I was told the buffet will be coming back and I can’t wait. That is 5 stars and I’ve been coming to this buffet as early as 05. I think the pandemic really affected food cost and walk in traffic. The owner is always so nice and I really enjoy the atmosphere and ambiance.
Authentic Indian flavors, great service, and a warm atmosphere! Perfect spot for group chats and enjoying delicious food together.
The chutney’s and sambar tasted exactly like back home in India. Everything is made fresh, so the wait time is totally worth it.
However, I do like their partial grocery store which functions within the restaurant itself. You get dosa batter, some frozen veggies including coconut and basic indian spices– I appreciate that U-dist has atleast a small place to shop for indian food/ ingredients.
When I shared my feedback, the person I believe to be the owner seemed quite defensive — she cut the conversation short after just one point, without taking in the full feedback.
