Full time explorer RV living (Living on the road!)
Apparently my consumer training didn’t include navigating the meal-deal chalupa swap on the computer. I explained my order clearly to the cashier, but it was still made incorrectly. I take responsibility for not checking the order before leaving, though it was hard to get full attention while the cashier was focused elsewhere. Unfortunately, being on a lunch break meant I couldn’t return to fix it.

We ordered food for pickup and when we got there the guy told us they werent doing orders even though we already paid and drove there to pick it up after it said it was ready. The guy over the speaker was very rude to us too because we asked why it let us order if they werent doing pickup. We would haw let it slide if he wasnt so rude over the speaker.

Martin’s Taco Bell will always be a slight enigma in my eyes. Always busy because it’s one of the only places in a college town open as late as it is, yet always super speedy when it’s not pitch black outside. Somehow, they are always out of Baja Blast on the app, and it’s prolly because that’s all anyone ever orders with their meal. Anyways, pretty decent, it’s Taco Bell, you get what you pay for, deal with it.

Night And Day. Enclosed are my pictures and experience from my Martin TN 38237 Taco Bell. Its completely the opposite from Union City that is to say my experience here was very positive and clean. The food was prepared correctly and the cleanliness here I would score a solid 94 out of 100 to be sure. While I would describe food preparation at the Taco Bell in Union City to be unrecognizable from from what you actually ordered. I would instead describe the food prep at this location as expertly made. Unlike Union City location where my order takes up to 20 minutes for two items for it to be wrong and inaccurate, at this location its exactly what we asked for. We frequently grab food for a vegetarian so this is of the utmost importance for us and of course for you.
One table in the pictures below actually shows a wipe mark where they were dutifully keeping up with the cleanliness.

I placed my order 20 minutes in advance but when I arrive I see several vehicles but I was refused my food due to them being “understaffed” while they were open and had several workers. I was beyond frustrated due to the fact I was starving and drove 30 minutes to get food. In my opinion they shouldn’t have been open to begin with if they were understaffed

Went there at 9:30 (they open at 9) and no one would talk at the drive thru so I went to the window and the girl looked at me and walked to the back – I went inside and 2 girls were rude, She said “That’s why we didn’t answer” we are closed, I’m waiting for the grease to heat up. Okay, you could have told me that in the drive thru. Communication really needs to be key here if you are going to open late.

Come on Taco Bell. It’s hard to try and order the items on the menu when you don’t have any of the items available due to lack of shipping or whatever else. All I was told was a list of items wasn’t available which was half the menu. I hope y’all do better in the future

The taco bell at this location is ok. They tend to run out of the new promotional or special items quickly not for sure if it’s due to who orders for the store. Service is friendly and food comes out at a timely manner but not as fresh as it should be.

I guess they don’t know how to work the mobile drive thru lane. I had to go tru the regular lane and wait ten minutes with only 4 cars in front of me.
