I don’t know what’s happened to this location in the last few months. This taco bell used to be great for the last couple of years, food was always hot and accurate. Now it’s neither. The last few times I’ve ordered here it was wrong or missing items. A month ago I did an app order and they messed up 4/6 of my items and then forgot one entirely, and conveniently it was my entire meal and not my partners so I had to go back out and get myself food elsewhere. I also only got a $10 credit (that has also disappeared from my Taco Bell rewards) instead of a refund since it was the app.
Well today I went back and didn’t go through the app because they can’t mess it up that bad if I’m there right? I even ordered it at the window because it was raining and I couldn’t hear over the speaker. Well despite that, they still forgot 2 things in my bag so I went back through and got those two things and one of them wasn’t even the right thing. How can you mess up my order twice in 5 minutes?! The Seymour location has the slowest line to ever exist but I guess I’ll be going there instead because I’m tired of wasting my time and money here.

Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes. Then they said it’s going to be a 25 30 minute wait for food. Horrific establishment. Can’t wait for the new one to open a mile back up the road. Just close if no one is working. Not a big deal.

Why is there always a long wait to get food from the drive thru late at night ? There like 6 cars has to be workers but it’s always a 30 minute wait to get food ? It’s insane if your workers can’t do their jobs get new ones! You’re paying them for nothing because they are not doing their job. Y’all are open till 1 AM and they are making each car wait 15 minutes per order In the drive thru. It’s honestly sad I see at least 4 or more workers inside there is really no excuse.
