This place is absolutely amazing for a vegetarian or also for vegans. My cousin he is Vegan and he was very impressed by the menu options and the quality of the food. A lot of sauce options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this particular location. And many thanks to Raphael for the great Customer Service. Just Salad it was for lunch.

I order from here weekly (sometimes daily) and really appreciate the affordable prices and healthier options compared to similar spots. That said, my recent buffalo chicken wrap was very disappointing. It was mostly veggies with just tiny pieces of chicken sprinkled throughout—felt more like a veggie wrap than a chicken one.
I actually stopped eating at Chipotle because they became extremely stingy with their meat, and I’d hate to see that trend happen here. I love your food and want to keep ordering, but consistent and generous protein portions really matter.

This is my fourth time coming to Just Salad and I just wanted to leave a quick review because the service has been great. The food is always fresh and the place is usually pretty quick even when it’s busy. I also wanted to give a shoutout to an employee named Ashley. The times she has helped me, she’s always been very bubbly, cheerful, and energetic. She’s also really good at giving recommendations. The first time I came here about two months ago, she recommended that I try the cilantro lime chicken bowl and it ended up being so good. I like to add sweet potatoes to it because it gives it an extra kick, and now it’s one of my go to orders. It was nice seeing her again today because she always brings a positive energy to the place. Employees like that really make the experience better. Overall, great food and great service.

I’ve been coming to Just Salad for about a year now and overall I really enjoy the food and the convenience. It’s one of the places I stop by regularly because the meals are fresh and most of the staff are friendly and hardworking. However, recently for a few days now I’ve noticed something that made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable. On a few occasions l’ve seen one of the managers who was a male, speaking very harshly to an employee named Ally or Ashley, I mean he got very upset with her for the smallest things from what I saw and heard. From a customer’s perspective, the tone came across as unnecessarily aggressive and it created a tense environment in the store, I want to be clear that I still enjoy coming here and most of the employees seem to be doing their best. But as someone who visits often, it’s hard not to notice when a staff member appears to be treated unfairly or spoken to in a way that feels disrespectful. I hope leadership or corporate can look into this, because the team members working there deserve to be treated with the same respect they show customers every day. A positive work environment makes a big difference not only for employees but for customers as well. Lastly I also think it’s important to remember that employees who feel respected and supported are the ones who provide the best customer service. When team members are treated well, it naturally reflects in the energy of the store and in how they interact with customers. Creating a positive environment for staff ultimately benefits everyone. I truly hope that this review can bring awareness and not be taken lightly.

I honestly love the food and the place but I have one big complaint:
Every time I order something from Uber Eats and request the sauce on the side THE NEVER ADD IT. I have ordered multiple times and it’s just so annoying ordering something without one of the best things which are the sauces. I don’t know what the problem is with the staff, but they need to pay more attention. This is so annoying. Food and everything is 10/10 but this is annoying!

The food quality was excellent, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend the Peruvian chicken market plate, absolutely loved it. The Aji sauce was amazing. Only issue I had was I ordered online and scheduled a pickup time, they didn’t follow directions and my food was prepared immediately and sat there for at least 15 minutes while I was on my way.

Love, love, LOVE this location. The manager, Louay, made sure my first visit was great. He walked me through the menu and helped me build the perfect salad bowl. He was incredibly patient, accommodating, and genuinely excited to help. The salad bowl was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned, and the whole place felt welcoming and well-run. Because of Louay, I’ll absolutely be back and recommending this location to everyone.

I’m a regular at this Just Salad on Okeechobee, and Louay is the reason I keep coming back. He consistently delivers top-tier service… my salad bowls are always made perfectly with great portions! The team reflects his leadership, and the whole experience is smooth and enjoyable every single time. It’s rare to see a manager this hands-on and invested. Because of him, this has become my go-to lunch spot. This place wouldn’t be the same without him. Five stars, every time.
