They literally stay on their cell phone with their girlfriend every 15 minutes interrupting their jobs and their lives while they’re trying to make a living and it’s totally immature and disgusting and most unrealistic thing I’ve ever seen in my life. When you are at work you work don’t get on your phone every 15 minutes to your girlfriend and your friends to go check on your girlfriend and then back on the phone with your girlfriend I can’t believe the manager lets you get by with that stuff TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and unacceptable and uncalled for

Went through drive thru. Cheap prices. Fast service. Friendly staff. Good food. UPDATE April 2023. Went inside to eat. The Lady Employee is super nice! 🙂 I ordered the $5 deal with a Dr. PEPPER to drink. I really liked the crunchy doritos. WoW much flavor in that taco shell. Hot & crunchy. The taco did NOT break apart as I thought it would. So, 5 stars for this little Taco Bell!

This is the worst location in the area. When they don’t close early or close in the middle of the day at lunch for maintenance (seriously during the busiest time of the day?), they are ALWAYS out of stock on something. Taco shells, meat, drinks, it’s always something. Between all these issues and the other recent ones in the other reviews, it seems like this location is in desperate need of new leadership. If you can’t even keep your store stocked with taco shells and meat, that speaks volumes. Here’s hoping new leadership takes over and the extremely rude employees are replaced soon. Only corperate can save this place at this point.

This Taco Bell is hands down my favorite. Compared to Knoxville and Morristown, this Taco Bell is premium dining. The food is always as it should be, the staff is always friendly and laughing, and it’s a great location.

Well whomever the girl was working 07/23/2025 at 10 p.m. was rude to the point we left and ate elsewhere. A guy was on the intercom at first and he said the WIFI was down so I asked how long it would take he didn’t know so some pissy lady jumped on with attitude asking me to get away from the intercom speaker. I asked why I needed to pull up when id just wait. She was demanding I move my vehicle at once so again I asked why I should move when I could just hold my spot till the wifi (not internet evidently lol) came back on. So thats when she got overboard rude explaining the timer would look bad on them cause I wasn’t pulling through like normal. Well I said see that wasn’t so hard to explain was it? So she returned fire with “I didn’t know i had to explain anything to you”. So I asked am I supposed to pull outta line wait 10 -15 mins and when the internet did come back on get behind everyone else that pulled in while I was patiently waiting? So she started blabbing about something again and I drove off.

Went to this Taco Bell tonight at 12:35am. We came from Maynardville and the food was SO GOOD. it was nice and hot (literally tounge scorching) and so filling compared to what we usually get in Maynardville .
