Look how small this bean burrito is? Then whoever made it took zero care of how it was made, all the sour cream at one end and all the beans and onions at bend and onions at the other. If I wanted a Sour cream burrito, great, or bean and onion burrito wonderful, but it should be made evenly to meld the flavors. People want paid top dollar for fast food but make it like hog slop! We normally drive all the way from Tellico to eat at this store because Madisonville is terrible. Please do better and train ur employees to care of the food they put out!

The price of food at taco bell is ridiculous. I cant remember the last time ive been amd had my order made right for these prices. Today was no different. I made an online order went to pick it up and they forgot my soft supreme taco. When I called their number it said not accepting phone calls. So kow I ha e to waste more gas going back after work at 730 at night. Hope I dont have any issues or ill be back to report those as well.

This is a pretty solid Taco Bell. We’ve had several good experiences at this location both via drive thru and dining in. I’d have given it a five but they were out of chicken but it was Christmas Eve so I can give them a little leeway.

Went around 8 P.M and received the worst taco bell food I’ve ever had. The crunch wrap had basically no fillings, and the beefy 5 layer Burrito was the same way with hardly any fillings and no nacho cheese sauce in the outer wrap. The fiesta potatoes had sour cream and nacho cheese all over the container(outside) making for a huge mess in my bag.

We ordered taco supremes and a burrito supreme and just got tacos and a bean burrito with tomato’s. This place has gone to crap. We even asked them it check she said it was right WRONG. I will drive to another Taco Bell that will listen to there you cause this place can care less about you.

Do NOT eat there! I would give NO stars but that’s not an option! Where to begin ♀️ they insisted on us using the kiosk (they said because “corporate are idiots” then they didn’t want us to select the drinks we were actually getting) they handled money with their gloves on & prepared the food without changing their gloves after handling cash. Everyone needs to be trained on SERVSAFE & the bathrooms are disgusting!!! I will NEVER be back to another Taco Bell again!!

I doordash in Sweetwater occasionally and every single time I have to go to this taco bell it’s a nightmare. They take way longer than their quote time, the employees take forever to greet you, no one has any sense of urgency. It’s very frustrating. I’d leave zero stars if I could. If they can’t handle the pressure they need to turn off mobile orders.
