The servers were polite. The prices are on the higher end compared to similar places. $11.50 for most of the appetizers (rest are $17) is too high imo as I’m eating by myself. I wanted to get spring rolls but for almost $12? Pass. The atmosphere was nice, good location. They bring you a credit card machine and hold it while you decide how much to tip which imo… is impolite and coercive. I ordered yellow curry. It was quite good, but I still don’t understand why it comes with potatoes when you get rice with it. I know thats the standard way vietnamese yellow curry is served… but double carbs :/ I should have switched potatoes with another veggie. I would come back with a friend, but eating solo, I’d pass. They don’t have salt and pepper on the table, you have to ask for it.

These guys know how to manage a lunch rush well. The pho is super tasty and it’s a very frequent spot for me to go to, fresh rolls are usually on point too

Gem of a place! They have a separate vegetarian section on their menu which I very much appreciated! Good portion sizes and both the dishes we ordered were so full of flavor. Their hot coffee was a tad bit too sweet for us but otherwise everything else was great.

Best vegan pho I’ve ever had! So comforting. Definitely eat when it’s freshly served so order to go is not the way to enjoy Pho great portion not like some pho places only offer a small amount of noodles and ask you buy large or extra. Faux chicken tastes perfect! I also started to appreciate vermicelli bowls more now!

Busy location but didn’t have to wait. Large vegetarian menu. I had the house special noodles which had good flavor. Have tried the beef pho, lotus salad in the past and liked them too. Friends have liked the veg dishes.

– delicious noodle soups –

I’ve been here frequently when I used to live closer, but this place is always packed whenever we visit. We arrived shortly after it opened on Sunday (11 am), and two groups of guests were already dining.

We got the #24 pho tai chin soup (super size) $19 and the bun bo hue (spicy beef soup) $18. We got the two plates of add-ons for the soup right away, and the actual soup bowls came after 3 minutes.

My bun bo hue was just the way I like it since I use 3/8 of a lime to make the soup super sour (just the way I like it). The bun bo hue noodles here are thinner than other places, which is probably the only thing that I didn’t enjoy as much.

My husband’s pho soup was almost as big as a bucket, and it’s the perfect size for washing your face lol. He had a hard time finishing it, and I’m almost certain we could skip dinner at this point.

Other than this place, we frequent pho ever which is closer. I think pho is popular on weekdays, whereas this place is busy all the time. When we are done eating, this place is already 80% full before noon.

delicious square lotus curry –

Another visit here! I’ve finally decided to try their square lotus curry with chicken ($17), and it was delicious. There was red pepper, green pepper, basil, eggplant, peas, carrots, and your choice of meat in the curry.

I especially love the eggplants in the curry, and I thought they tasted even better than the chicken. It even made me order an eggplant dish from another restaurant the next day lol. I finished the whole bowl of curry for the first time without needing to take any leftovers home, and I love that they don’t charge extra for brown rice.

Service left much to desire, parties w/ charged gratuity generally results that way. Rest of my party arrived and were asked if ready to order within 5 min from sitting. Rushed/impatient servers despite the restaurant between 66-75% filled during whole dining experience.

Wouldn’t recommend for Vietnamese or ‘fine’ dining. Vermicelli bowls propped up with veggies and garnishments, minimal noodles. Good flavor and generous portions of chicken. Wife tried the pork and it was dry and tough. No broken rice options..but Viet restaurant.

Restaurant was presentable, clean and pleasantly lit from windows.

We ordered beef pho and bun. Both were well made and flavorful. The pho was a little on the salty side but otherwise tasty. The presentation of the food was excellent. They have a very large menu so I hope to return to try a few more things. Service was fast and friendly. Interior get a bit dated but otherwise clean.

First time here. I had rare beef pho. Huge portion. The broth was sooo good on a cold autumn day after a hike. Fast, fresh, friendly service. Clean atmosphere and price was typical for Bellevue.
