I had a encounter here with a young women with blond hair working counter who was very rude I told her I was missing my cheese sauce and a taco I had ordered I thought came as soft was hard and the kiosk didn’t give me a option for it instead of saying no problem we’ll fix it she told me I ordered it wrong and wasn’t getting it fixed she then takes it back to the kitchen where I hear a man cussing and complaining about a job he signed up for. She does bring me the taco fixed I tell her again I’m missing my cheese sauce she then says it’s in the taco I said that it was spouse to be a side and she said it’s alr in the taco which it was not so I gave up. But it was hand down the rudest encounter I’ve had at fast food and as a fast food worker myself I know that was not the way to handle the situation.

I took my own order at the kiosk! I put not tomatoes. There was tomatoes on my couch wrap and refried beans!! I’m allergic to both! I asked for a refund and was denied . Just offered to remake food! You wasted my lunch break and expect me to come back for a remake?? My time is way to important to deal with bs! How was I the cashier and you still messed up?!! All the food I got was nasty!!!!

This place is CONSTANTLY running out of beef. Like every 2-3 days they’ll run out of beef, for the 279th time.
This place is SLOWWW.
Breakfast is awful.
The regular food is meh. It’s taco bell. Not the best, not the worst. Accurate orders every time. Food filling quantity is extremely variable. Sometimes too much of this, too little of that.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, but overwhelmed.
Constantly understaffed, and I’m sure atrociously underpaid.

Daffety
Night management sucks. They speak broken English and will not listen and will argue with you about your order. Got hung up on 3 times and sent to voicemail 3 times. This is not the first time that I have had problems with this Taco Bell. Unless they get their act together I will not go back.

Edit after 6th visit: burn food, cold meat, totally cold (from a fridge ) taco shells. This tacobell location is the worst I experienced in the US. I try them once a year, and they have not disappoint, they do still offer horrible food, service, and experience. Will try again in 2026

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TACO BELL!!! Firstly, this was a DoorDash order. They did not give us napkins but instead gave us STAINED PAPER TOWELS that look like THE TYPE YOU’D GET FROM THE BATHROOM TO DRY YOUR HANDS This is not the first time we have been disappointed from this Taco Bell either, but we decided we’d give it another chance. Trust me, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY you will be disappointed to say the least. ALL FOOD WAS COLD, DISGUSTINGLY & CARELESSLY PACKAGED & INEDIBLE!!!! Incredibly unappetizing to say the least my DOG who loves sniffing out my food was even uninterested Whoever made & packaged our food is most definitely the type to prepare your food after using the bathroom without washing their hands, which I wouldn’t be surprised if that was the case for our order! You undoubtedly will get FOOD POISONING if you were to eat this food. Soft Taco Meat hard as a rock & cold (& there’s only 5 minuscule pieces of chicken inside) tortilla is HARD as if it’s been sitting out in stale air when it’s supposed to be a SOFT TACO. Beans in the bean burritos are HARD, DRY & COLD. When we go to a different Taco Bell 20 minutes away and get home it’s still warm — HOW IS IT EVEN POSSIBLE for THIS food to be cold when this Taco Bell is LESS than 10 minutes away?? Now we don’t get to eat the food we just WASTED so much money on. HORRIBLE workers, they don’t even ATTEMPT to make your food fresh let alone heat it up. Was so tempted to go over there and throw the food on the counter and ASK HOW IS THIS CARELESSNESS POSSIBLE? Fries are cold, soggy & taste like they’ve been sitting out for hours. Did NOT give me my two extra cheese sauces that i paid for, entire order is such a waste of $60!!! Whoever made this food & continues to screw up orders, please do everyone a favor & QUIT!!!!

Staff wanted to argue an online order that was paid for and then make the accusation that it was ordered at a different Taco Bell, with receipt in hand & PROOF of the correct Taco Bell and physically having to go in (drive thru employee, inside employee + manager) wanted to dispute and not honor the order, rude, customer service =non existent, quality of food terrible. Drive thru visit prior, the first thing I heard a laundry list of things they were OUT of and what they couldn’t serve, nothing else was said like I’m supposed to drive away, but I ordered online & had to wait for the list to end before I told them I was there to pick up an order! There is zero excuse for the poor attitudes, lack of responsibility, an employee or manager inciting customers over a $15 order; being close to my office (convenient) regardless- I will never return.

Waited In line and staff were not very welcoming and told us they were out of about 40% of the stuff we wanted. Then we nicely asked if they can put extra seasoning on the fries and the girl was being rude (they barely seasoned any of the nacho fries). They were also extremely cold as if they didn’t care to cook them but made the nacho sauce scolding hot and fried out our tongues. Not gonna be coming back here while staying in this location for vacation…

6pm the dining room was blocked off, the staff was just rude as hell, no hot sauce, stated they were out of certain items. Probably because they were to lazy to cook. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever heard of. They acted like it was a privilege to get our food. 2 different people just walked out due to their attitude.

This was the worst drive thru experience ever. First thing I saw was the screen was not working. It was a black screen, and some of the menu boards were nonexistent, so we thought they may have been closed even though the time said 12 online. After we repeatedly said hello and were ready to leave, they finally responded. We gave our whole order thinking the employee was listening only to realize they didn’t even hear any of it. We had to repeat the order another 2 times before they finally got it. Even though the drive thru experience was horrible, the employee seemed to be nice. Although, they ran out of the beans we wanted half way through making the order. The food was not bad, but the beans were all cold. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience.
