Asked for 2 orders of 4 piece mozzarella fries, instead they gave me 4 French fries (the fourth not pictured here because it was already taken out of the bag) Asked for Hershey’s ice cream sundae, instead they gave me a Hershey’s pie. Called and they offered to replace the entire order but we just said forget it because we’re at the hospital in downtown and not worth the drive.
Please make sure the person working the window is reading the ticket and making sure everything is in the bag correctly.

My husband picked up a chicken sandwich for himself, and it had three teeny, tiny pieces of lettuce that might as well, not even had any.
I had the whopper junior which had no ketchup on it.
We had a few deep fried things.All were ice cold.
And we had ordered two cinnamon apple pies that we never received.
The entire meal was just cold and we only lived three blocks from there.So there’s not enough time for them to get that cold.
It was the most dissatisfying meal i’ve ever had from burger king there at that location..
When I called to speak to the manager, he kept saying what I can’t hear you. You because he was standing next to a fryer. That was going beep, beep beep beep, beep, beep, beep, beep. It was almost as if he put the phone right down to the beeping sound, and I had to literally scream for him to hear me. And then he copped an attitude with me. Because I told him that I can’t scream into the phone. He was very rude, very disrespectful and not management material.Whatsoever.
I’ll be sure to put this same post up on Facebook. So that the entire world knows not to go to this burger king, it’s no longer what it used to be.

Extremely rude and disrespectful!! I work in customer service and I know what it’s like when customers come in last minute. If you tell me I can’t eat in the lobby I can make the decision whether I want to spend my hard earned money in your establishment or go somewhere else. First off it took them forever to give us our food. Then they said we couldn’t eat there because they were closing. Claiming it was corporate policy they kick customers out at 10pm. When we asked for a refund they refused because we had our food. The food was left in the lobby. Both boys were extremely rude and argumentative. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!

I’ve came here a few times and every time it is the worst customer service ever. I ordered 1 meal, was told park in front, waited 35 minutes went inside and had asked was met with an attitude from the african american man drive thru and told “what are you here for” handed my receipt over and waited, then 10 minutes later asked what did i order even though my receipt was still in his hand. I was handed my food was tossed on the counter as well and still didn’t even get all of it, also got the wrong items. Understand this isn’t a 5 star restraunt but for godsake
it was ridiculous.

Burger kings good, but not this one. I asked the cashier to wait as I put the change in the donation thing and she gave me a look. When I got my food I got unsalted fries and get these ‘spots’ all over my bag. Never going to this burger king again. I know they don’t care but I gave money to that place and donated and they disrespected me like that. I hope your damn place goes under.

We’ve had good luck at this location. Drive through is fairly fast and orders are correct. Workers are competent and friendly. If you haven’t tried the Ch’King yet, it’s delicious. We also tried the Rodeo Burger today for $1.00. I wasn’t crazy about it but maybe I’ll try it without the BBQ sauce.

Order via BK app. They gave me an approximate time, but it took an extra 20 minutes for them to get me my food. It wasn’t busy either, so that was a bit frustrating. Someone there did in fact apologize, but was not attentive and did not give me any updates on my food, kept saying sorry and it’ll be soon.

So disappointed in the food. I ordered a double whopper with bacon and got a SINGLE whopper with NO bacon. The stack on onions on the burger was the same size of the patty. The forgot my chicken nuggets. On top of that, EVERYTHING WAS COLD!! I feel so unsatisfied.
