The is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been in. I never leave post, but this was just yikes. There was trash just left everywhere and from looking at other reviews, it has been there for a while. There is 0 interaction with any employee, and it is just an awkward experience. Surprisingly the bathroom was alright but still dirty. You can’t see it that well in the pictures, but there are crumbs and dust all over the tables and ground. The food was alright, but something did taste off with the baja blast drink. There was also this occasional loud beeping noise from the kitchen or yelling across the room by employees. This place needs a complete management change.

This location would win awards for being the worst ran fast food establishment in Tennessee. I have too many stories to include them all. Food is always slung together. Broken taco shells,etc. One Friday night they were out of beef. Several times they were out of several kinds of soda. 45 minute waits. Several times they’ve told me they have to “reboot system” after I had been charged on my card and it would be a 15 min wait. No kind of management happening. Go 5 miles down the road to the alcoa location if you want taco bell food. This place should just close.

I’m not sure how, with AI lady taking the order and sending it directly to the screen, we were still missing over 3 items—especially after paying more than $23 for two meals. At that point, the only step left was putting the food in the bag. If you want only half your order definitely recommend going here. Also waited 10 minutes when there was literally no one there.

Absolutely the worst service. I placed an order at 6 to be picked up at 745. They gave it out thru the drive through. After being told it was mine by other employees..DO BETTER! Or get new management. The GM was in the back not even helping! Absolutely ridiculous!

Ignoring my wife’s advice, who once waited an hour inside during a slow time for 3 people to make a burrito, I decided anyway to visit this location for the first time, and it’s the first time I’ve ever been this disappointed with Taco Bell. I submitted an online order for inside pickup and sat inside when I arrived for about 30 minutes just waiting, watching employees goof off and listen to loud music. I should have opened all of my food in there and checked everything but after having to wait longer for sauces and drink lids because the bins were out, I needed to get my kids home so I left. Once I got home, I realized that someone either isn’t reading the order as they put it together, or they just don’t care. For all I know, I could have received someone else’s items because they were trying to juggle multiple orders at once instead of knocking out one order at a time. It was one of the most disorganized, dysfunctional kitchens I’ve ever seen. The Mexican Pizza looked like it had one scoop of meat then a spread of cold, old refried beans. Instead of a chalupa with nacho cheese added, I received a crunchy taco. Instead of a chicken quesadilla with extra chicken, extra cheese and extra sauce, I received what I assume is an attempt at a steak quesadilla with a tiny bit of steak and maybe a few drops of sauce. My wife’s beefy 5 layer burrito looks like they couldn’t figure out how to roll it so they used two tortillas and it’s pretty obvious that the tortillas were never heated. I honestly hate to leave reviews like this, but hopefully it helps improve this location. I am thankful to live closer to the better Taco Bell locations.

Last time we ever order food from here. We have gave them more chances then they deserve but every time something is missing or wrong. Tonight my potato tacos was ice cold like they didn’t even heat them and only had 4-5 potatoes on each and I had requested no lettuce and it’s like they put extra. My husband requested no sour cream on a burrito and they still put it on it anyway and also put it on the tacos that has never came with sour cream before. (It’s not even on the ingredients list for them) Don’t waste your time or money on this Taco Bell.

I am severly disappointed in my experience at this taco bell. I ordered 2 meals around 5pm today (a Saturday), arrived about 10 minutes later and still haven’t recieved my order at 6:16pm. One employee is taking a break in the parking lot and the two inside appear to be working as they are able.

While I might have expected a slightly above average wait time for a weekend evening, this is ridiculous. This location is either severly understaffed or incompetent, or both. I do not recommend this location.

Whew I think this is one of the worse experiences I’ve had in all of Taco Bell. I’m on vacation here while my husband works. And usually I don’t eat here because Taco Bell is known for horrible service sometimes. But I didn’t want Bojangles, anyways we order $48 worth of food. All the tacos had about 1 tablespoon of meat. They burnt the grilled cheese burrito. The Mexican pizza was cold. The cantina tacos were cold or not cooked all the way. And the fries were like they left them in the fridge and gave them to me. I was pissed. But I went to the door and they were all locked. I tried explaining what was wrong he said he would replace the whole order. And I was like great because everyone else is eating their food and my other food is getting cold. I waited 30 minutes for him not to redo the whole order. Then to give me grilled burrito that I didn’t order (w/ sour cream on it) I asked for w/o. And then to give me a large fries… still COLD! I’m tired and over it. Like follow up for what you said you were gonna do. So I didn’t even eat none of the food. I will be calling today about it.

I suggest you avoid this Taco Bell. Long story, short: I was waiting for and hour and 1/2 to receive a mobile order placed ahead of time. An AI is controlling the drive thru speaker only for me to pull around and park, waiting for my food for an hour. Yes, you read that right, I waited in line for the 1/2 hour to then sit in the parking lot for an hour. The employee at the window asked me to wait, and I then later see this same employee sitting on their phone after the line was dealt with for their coworkers to run around making and delivering food to those parked.
The lady did apologize when bringing my food, and THANK THE LORD it was accurate, since my girlfriend is lactose intolerant.
This location needs serious help. Don’t go here, and they might get a wake up call.

This place is slow and in MAJOR NEED of cleaning, organizing & better communication !! I’m surprised it’s still running through the health inspections! They also NEED different management, I personally would never open my stores in these conditions until my employees cleaned and organized!! There are napkins in packs just opened on the counter expecting the customers to grab from the wrapping it’s in and the napkin holders are there for use but empty!! There has been the same lids and sauce under the drink machine in lobby, for the past 3 days I came in for pickup! & the chairs have been on the counters not allowing us to sit for these 3 days as well! Get it together team !!!
