Pulled in to the drive thru to pick up a doordash order, since the lobby was closed. Waited 5 minutes just to be told they’d be with us in just a moment. The store wasn’t busy at all. I was the only one in the drive thru. Finally after 10 minutes in the drive thru I was able to tell them I was just picking up a doordash order. Honestly, the worst service received at a “fast” food establishment.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life.
The food was STALE. Not slightly off — completely stale. The fries, burritos all of it were old, the ingredients were dry, and everything tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. It was inedible.
When I brought it back and asked for a remake, the staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the issue, they acted annoyed that I even said something. They reluctantly “remade” it, and somehow it came back even worse — sloppily thrown together, still stale, and clearly made with zero care. It was 100% intentional.
To make it worse, there was laughing and mocking while handling the situation. That level of disrespect toward a paying customer is unacceptable. If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on customers.
This location seriously needs new management and staff who understand basic customer service. Save your money and your time — go to ANY other Taco Bell. This one is a complete embarrassment.

This is a newer Taco Bell which makes for a clean atmosphere. The place has updated seating and ordering process. The service was fine, not busy, and the food came out promptly. The $5 box was good and sufficient. Plenty of parking and a drive through exists for those on the go.

It was quiet when I went to pick up my food. There was no waiting, and my order was made to perfection. I was greeted with a smile and a joke. The store was clean, and people left with smiles from the drive-thru.

Night shift doesn’t do their jobs. The lobby was closed & we sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes before the line moved at all. Then when we got to the intercom the girl told us to wait there until she told us to pull arpund to the window for some stupid reason so we waited there at the intercom forever before she finally told us to pull around. There were several people to leave the line & just drive away. This is ridiculous. This happens every time we go there in the evenings. Not busy but takes forever for 3 to 4 people to make an order. They need to hire new people or have a store manager visit unexpectedly

Hit or miss really for me. Sometimes they have really good days where the food is hot and fresh and its all great, then some days its not fresh or hot and the food is kind of stale. But it is fast food, I never complain ♀️

Worst customer service you’ll ever receive probably, don’t waste your time even eating here. If your foods made wrong or just stale (it will be 99% sure) they absolutely will make it even worse. Just eat somewhere else

Had just ordered from here tonight and had gone through the drive thru. They messed up the order which wasnt a big deal went inside let them know which they redone. Left again thinking they had finally got my order right. They allowed me to keep the messed up order which was cool. Get home to feed my family to find out they again messed up the order. Finally had enough and called the store only to be met with a young man who was absolutely unprofessional on the phone and told me to come to the store again with everything even the first messed up order bc they cant give out free food. I didnt want free food I wanted my first order made right. Only to be met with continuous mistakes and unprofessional kids.
