Now this is a nacho box!!!
I don’t know how a $3 nacho became an $8 shredd chicken one, lol.
I will say it was well worth it!!
Honestly when my daughter came back with the food and I saw the lettuce and chips hanging out the side of the box I thought she was just whipping those turns in the car you know. Until I open the box I was in shock and my mouth started watering immediately!! It was much better than I anticipated, and plenty of napkins and my daughter said that they actually said hey you’re going to need these! They were right! I really never ate at Taco Bell much until it’s the only place I have around me but now after 38 years I am an official fan! Thank you Taco Bell!!!
I will add that when I got Taco Bell the other day I got one of the crunch tacos and it did look like the one in the review underneath mine. But I tried some again and they redeem themselves with me today!! Awesome food!

The woman workin on night shift with glasses and brown hair 3/2/26 was extremely rude I ordered a number 2 with 3 soft shell supreme tacos and received 3 meat and cheese soft shell tacos besides that I handed the girl a 20 then asked her if i could give her a 5 and some ones instead because I only owed her 6 dollars and some change after I used what was left on the gift card I had she was holding the 20 in her hand and said I already put it in while I was looking directly at her holding the 20 I just handed her. this aint the first time I’ve received the wrong food and poor service from this location

Recently I have genuinely nothing but kind words to say about the service i’ve gotten. Not only has my food been wonderful; but the employees have been so caring. I’d like to particularly brag on two of the young men whoI believe have dirty blonde hair that work the registers. They have such good manners. 10/10 love this location.

Spent almost $20 on food tonight, even told them that we had had a previous negative experience with a quesadilla the time before… so I made sure to asked them to make sure they actually put chicken in it this time. We also ordered supreme tacos, got home and you couldn’t put less in a taco if you tried. They also forgot tomatoes, and sour cream on all of my supreme tacos. Been here multiple times and had the same experience won’t be back.

Staff initially provided the wrong order. After finally getting the correct order and driving home we realized the attached photo is the kind of tacos we received. I paid $2.39 per taco ( chicken is a $0.70 add on) to receive two bites of food. Considering Blaine has few food options, it wouldn’t take much to earn my business. However, I won’t be back until this company fixes its issues.

Spend 40 dollars and they still wanted to charge me 38c for dipping sauce. On top of that, Someone in the kitchen really needs a lesson on how to tightly roll a burito… everytime I get any kind of burrito, it literally just falls apart when you pick it up.

Went to taco bell after church with grandkids and did not stay and eat. They went overboard on creepy Halloween decorations. Scary porcelain dolls on counter, huge skeleton poster, dark characters. Not an atmosphere for children. I understand wanting to decorate but this was too much.

If I could give zero stars I would! My husband and I came to grab a quick bite, we had been here for nearly 20 minutes I walked up to the front counter said excuse me and the boy said what can I help you with I said we are still waiting on our food, he said uh they must have forgotten to make it. ( how do you forget to make an order… Nearly empty dinning room (2 other people) we had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get our food. Part of it was cold… Employees were vaping and on their phones in the kitchen area. Bathrooms are gross. Dining room doesn’t look like it’s been swept all day. Very disappointing. Previous visits things were wrong, but this is easily the worst visit to this location we have ever had.

This was the first time I stopped at this store and obviously the first impression I wouldn’t have even ranked a one but that’s the lowest we can go here. I stopped in with my 80 year old friend from church. I would have made a big deal had I been alone and really pushed the issue of being treated terribly but didn’t want to make a scene in front of my friend. The only good part was that I don’t have to eat at this store every day, and that the young man who took my order was very nice. I definitely will never go to the store again and it was solely because of how the older lady manager treated me. I went in at about 2:34 p.m. Eastern standard Time on Saturday November 1st 2025. We ordered two drinks and our burritos from the kiosk. As I mentioned, the young man who brought our food to the counter was polite and friendly. I always try to look for the good but it went downhill from here. My special request and exact words to the young man were, could I please get a small black bowl with onions.. He responded Yes and went to the back. Note that we had already paid with a credit card for our food and spent nearly $10 at the kiosk. We filled our drinks and brought our food to the table and I went back up to get my onions. He didn’t have my onions but apparently had talked to the manager and was proceeding to ring up and charge for onions which is a cheap Petty thing to do for onions that cost basically nothing. Think of all the people that hate onions and you take them off their Taco Bell products,, do you give them back their money because you took the onions off? Of course not! I’m not sure why managers especially are so darn letter of the law and this has happened for many years at numerous Taco bells, usually franchise stores. It’s not the money but it’s the principal and it’s just not good business and definitely doesn’t make customers feel good. I say pick your battles and instead of creating conflict build relationships. It’s not like I was asking for double meat or a pile of extra cheese most would expect to pay for. And this is not because of recent costs in food going up either because it’s happened way way way before covid ever happened. When he started to ring up for the onions I said cancel that .. I don’t want them and I’m going to evaluate this store accordingly and negatively online. The young man went back and told his manager that I didn’t want the onions but what happened next was really what made me mad and was totally inappropriate. The manager came up to the counter with a very very small container with onions and slammed them on the counter in witness of my friend and I. I thought the little container was going to open up but it didn’t. Then she muttered some smart aleck words as she turned around and went back to the food preparation line. I could hear her talking negatively but really not hearing everything except that it was not positive about me. A very unprofessional and disappointing manager modeling poor behavior to hourly workers.. she should be ashamed of herself and owes me and my friend a face-to-face apology. I doubt if I’ll ever get that. And if that franchise or restaurant does write an apology back here it will probably be a generic apology and not genuine. I wonder what corporate Taco Bell would think about this type of behavior
