I ordered 2 beef chalupas and a large Dr Pepper. Paid 15$ and couldn’t even eat the chalupas they were cold and HARD like toasted hard!!!!!!! I thought maybe it was just the box deals we’re so bad But I just went there got 3 taco supremes order crunchy got soft had 2 beef burrito supremes beans with cheese and fries with 2 drinks. Food was horrible hardly any meat what was there was watery and taste less 34 dollar’s later WANT BE BACK now you don’t care or food would be better …..

The BEST Taco Bell! Food is like it should be. Tacos are full, shells aren’t broken, when you ask & most importantly pay for extras or additions like sour cream you actually get them. Employees are always friendly. We drive out of our way from Johnson City to go to this Taco Bell…it’s definitely worth the drive!

The crew working on June 27th around 6pm are awful. Everytime these certain people work my food is always terrible. Can someone please explain how I’m supposed to pick up a crunched up taco and eat it? Not to mention it’s undercooked. There’s literally 5 restaurants in Erwin to choose from so sucks getting home from work to find this crunch pile in your bag. Thanks Taco Bell

Worst Taco Bell I visited ever I ordered 5 layered veggie burritos they had first put beef after the complaint they gave Bean burritos again I went to change and then the gave me beans which was not warm also it’s was cold and it had dead fly inside I could not eat that glad I check the food before eating during my pregnancy dint visited again to show at change it because I was already not feeling good what If I dint open it or check it I would have eaten with the dead fly what if something would happen to me or the baby who is responsible

I’m sitting here having to pay 4-5 dollars for a freaking cheese quesadillas with literally NO CHEESE OR SAUCE on them. Idk if they’re lazy or just don’t care, but obviously something needs to change or people need to stop spending money here and let it go under. Literally the bare minimum in a job and they can’t even do that right. Pathetic.

They keep messing up my orders every time I order from there, and tonight was the last straw. I ordered four bean burritos with no onions and one beefy 5 layer burrito with no sour cream and they just gave me normal burritos. I even told them to double check and make sure that they were right, and they still messed it up. I’m never eating at that Taco Bell location ever again.

I would definitely have given a 5 star, except for the fact that an employee acted like I was being piggy by ordering both beef and steak on my Mexican pizza. I did this because I know I like beef, but wanted to give the steak a try as well. If it turned out that I liked the steak, next time I would simply order that. Also, I entered on the kiosk that I wanted extra of some things and less of others, and that was not followed at all. For example, I excluded tomatoes all together, yet ended up with an abundance of them. I paid for extra on the steak and sour cream, and can’t imagine there would have been any if I had chosen normal or less. Otherwise, the rest of our food was great. I’m not normally a complainer, but $10 is a lot to pay for not how it was ordered. I would absolutely order the steak again, as it was tender and tasty. Just not at this location.
