I eat Taco Bell AT LEAST a couple times a week. And it feels like almost every single time, there’s something wrong with my order. And if you reach out to corporate too many times they start to not believe you. I ordered 2 Cantina Soft Tacos and basically got a regular chicken soft taco, with lettuce.

I called to let them know that they gave me the wrong type of chicken soft taco & that they didn’t put the cabbage mix on it. She then tells me that she doesn’t think they have the cabbage mix. I told her that they probably should have told me that and I would have ordered something different. I don’t understand the lack of communication or transparency at these places.

Instead, you’re going to give me a cheaper version that I’m going to pay more for? Please make it make sense. I hadn’t started eating it at this point. I go to take a bite and IMMEDIATELY notice what looks like a pubic hair ON THE TACO!
That doesn’t apply to me, so I know it isn’t mine. And if that’s not what kind of hair it is, then someone needs to shave their arms before coming to work. No one wants arm hair (or any other types of hair) in their food, I promise you.

To make things even better, I had to call back a SECOND time and they told me to keep the receipt and sticker on the bag and they’d replace it. WAIT FOR IT
… DRUMROLLLLL…THERE’S NO STICKER!!! Because that would be way too easy. Now I have to call them back a THIRD time, just to tell them they missed the mark and there isn’t a sticker on the bag. At this point, I’m just wasting my money at EVERY location in this area because my food is always wrong and either they don’t want to replace it (as if it’s your fault it’s wrong) or you don’t get a sticker and still don’t get it replaced.

Also, ZERO napkins. Who would ever need napkins with their food?! Crazy suggestion, I guess.

If you are NOT going to do orders right do NOT put yourselves on DoorDash or any delivery service!! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION! I have lost $75 tonight all because I wanted to get something for my family and I am sick and didn’t feel like cooking. I ordered through the TACO BELL app and I got a soft taco party pack, 3 drinks, 2 chicken cantina bowls, and 2 chips and guacamole along with a bunch of sauce packets. Again around $75. DoorDash came quick! What “looked” like everything came. But didn’t. Instead i got SIX soft tacos, ONE cantina bowl, no chips with guacamole, I kid you not I only got FOUR little sauce packets but I got all 3 drinks. The receipt had EVERYTHING I needed printed on there so I do not understand how one messes up an order that badly. I have contacted the DoorDash lady, she said that they told her that is all with the order. I call the Taco Bell and tell them about my order requesting a refund and the manager just gave me a nasty attitude telling me it’s “not possible to refund”, accused the driver (who is an elderly woman by the way) of stealing it, along with people laughing in the background and I got hung up on. I called the lady back and told her everything and she was upset that they were accusing her of stealing but has told me to call DoorDash customer service. I call and explain everything that I have just dealt with, DoorDash calls the store asking for a manager and they get hung up on. Then I was told nothing could be done. So again I just lost $75 because of this Taco Bell that should be shut down and removed from all delivery services. You guys will think it’s funny until a lawsuit happens

They never get delivery orders right. This is the third issue I have had with them and i have not yet gotten a single refund. It’s this location specifically and cannot pick what location I want from on the Taco Bell app. It’s near $50 down the drain plus not even the closest taco bell to where I live. Also, I have spoke to the dashers and managers myself, the manager is mean as can be over a 12 pack of tacos, a drink, and a couple of crunchwraps and has blamed the dashers for stealing my food! All the dashers have said the same thing, they are only given the items the workers have gave them. One told me she’s on a certain diet and cannot eat fast food. Ridiculous. Quit blaming innocent drivers and actually do your jobs!

Probably one of the least desirable Taco Bell’s that I’ve been to. The woman in the drive-thru insisted that our drinks weren’t watered down and followed that up with “We just changed the syrup.”

I asked for loaded beef nachos and for them to put the ingredients all over the chips and they even charged me for extra everything and didn’t give me extra anything. Nor did they cover the chips.

I asked for 2 of the 2 packs of Cinnabon delights and told them to make sure that they not only give me both packs, but politely asked if they would give me hot ones that aren’t cold and hard like last time, so they gave me exactly that.

Paying for food seems like a waste of money these days. They only make good quality food if it’s for themselves or if they like the person. ‍♂️

Just don’t come here when there’s any type of line. It was ridiculously slow. So much so that multiple cars got out of line and sped off.

When I finally got to the window, they still didn’t have my food ready and I was in the drive thru line for over 40 minutes. I will probably never come back to this location, terrible.

I like Taco Bell and will continue to eat it but my experience at this location was so bad that it made me never want to come back. I can understand being slow with a long line but 40+ minutes is pretty crazy.

Order thru drive thru was wrong, ii understand things happen ,drive back thru and they supposedly fixed the order. All I ever get is a 7 dollar luxe box. Got home still not a 7 dollar luxe box tried to call the store after 10 calls. Manager answered and said she fixed a 9 luxe box. No they fixed what ever to get me out the window. 2 hard shelled tacos, and some other flat thing that was hot. I don’t like the crap. But dam wrongis wrong. The manager tried to put it off on the girl at window . Send time was manager just making what ever. So yep review sucks cause this is not the first time with the parkway tacobell. They don’t listen blame others for wrong orders and talk shitty to the customers.

the LAZIEST of human beings on the planet. they will completely change your order and get mad when u ask for something else. every other taco bell is good EXCEPT for this one. the simplest order they will screw up so insanely bad. if you order something grilled, expect cold cheese and a completely cold meal.

Last week we ordered Taco Bell while my husbands family was in town. His dad stayed with us, it was late, we were all hungry so I ordered Taco Bell. I used the Taco Bell app. I got a 12 pack of soft tacos, 1 crunchy taco and an 8 pack that came with 4 tacos and 4 burritos. Our food arrives, dasher was great and early! I open the 2 boxes of food and think wow this doesn’t look like $45 worth of Taco Bell?! So I count them out and we’re MISSING 9 items. NINE! I call Taco Bell and speak with the manager. Immediately she was rude and kept saying OVER AND OVER “I counted them myself they’re all in there. I don’t know what to tell you I counted them myself.” Then this woman tells me “YOUR DASHER MUST HAVE GOTTEN HUNGRY AND STOLE SOME OF YOUR FOOD.” Excuse me WHAT? I get off the phone and call DoorDash, they of course tell me I have to deal with Taco Bell because I used their app. I call Taco Bell back and the same manager answers. Again she tells me the dasher must have stolen 9 freaking tacos because “I counted them myself.” I ask her “How many did you count?” She told me 16. We were suppose to have 21 so I said to her “you just said you counted 16?” Then she back tracks and again says she counted them herself. I call DoorDash back, they file a report and contact Taco Bell. The DoorDash woman puts me on hold, comes back and says she called taco bell and spoke to the same manager and was HUNG UP ON. I decided I’ll just wait for the DoorDash process.

Well, I call DoorDash back tonight and they tell me again that they can’t do anything that Taco Bell has to, but that DoorDash had already refunded the store. Not sure for how much but it’s been done. Thats the process when you dont use the doordash app. He calls the manager and guess what…. “Nothing I can do.” So we paid $45 for 12 tacos at Taco Bell last week and they refuse to make it right. Instead she blamed the dasher WHO I SPOKE WITH THAT NIGHT! He was so upset she was saying he stole it that he wanted to go confront her. He’s a platinum status dasher! Older fella whos had 2 heart attacks and says he doesn’t even eat Taco Bell. This woman could have cost him his job. His livelihood! Over fast food tacos! Because she couldn’t take responsibility at all whatsoever. There’s no point in trying to get my money back or even replacement food because she simply does not care. And this definitely isn’t the first time we’ve ordered Taco Bell and had missing items. It happens all the time. But NINE ITEMS?! Come on. I hope she reads this. And I hope she’s ashamed of her behavior. I hope no one ever risks your job like you did to that man.
