Wish I can give this Taco Bell a zero star rating! I told the lady at drive thru 4 times “can I get a beef instead of chicken” and she kept on asking me “you said beef right?” And I said Yes ‍♀️ and she still ended up ringing me up chicken! Smh… this restaurant needs better listeners! I would not recommend this Taco Bell off of Port Royal! Get them kids out the kitchen! This doesn’t make no sense that you asked me for times and still get it wrong.

The restaurant didn’t give my door dash driver my drink. She even asked them about it too. Just poorly managed I guess. Id steer clear. Taco Bell isn’t that good anyway.
Also their cinnamon twists has barely any cinnamon on it. Just overall poor quality. Go elsewhere.

I ordered a Taco Box Supreme, but when I got home, I realized it wasn’t. All 12 tacos were put together terribly and were very cold. I returned to the store the next morning to speak with the manager about the issues and asked for a refund. He said he couldn’t do anything without seeing the food. I mentioned that I was a regular customer and asked for a gift card or coupon, but he said he couldn’t help and wished me a nice day. Because of this, I will never eat at this Taco Bell again. I am very disappointed with their terrible customer service.

Is everyone in this town as lazy as the Port Royal taco bell or is just them. Having a feeling it’s just them. If you can’t do better than working at Taco Bell it shows just saying. Other people aka on the other side of spring hill know how to serve food correctly. OH AND NOT FORGET ITEMS AND COLD FOOD AS SIMPLE AS CHIPS AND CHEESE.
Definitely recommend going to the other taco bell not Port Royal. Everytime its disappointing.

This Taco Bell is pure trash. Dirty trash can on the counter next to the soda machine. Workers are slow and angry don’t listen and make you wait several minutes before even greeting you. And their card machine goes down all the time. So after you spend 10 minutes ordering your food. You have to go somewhere else anyways. I gave the benefit of doubt and went back three times.

Terrible 3 outta 3 times. Gross, snarky and inaccurate.

Today, November 4, 2025 I stopped in this Taco Bell to get two taco tacos, when I approached the counter nobody was there. I waited a little while still nobody was at the counter to help me. I yelled in the back and the lady came out and took my order. there was no one else side, when I got out of my car and opened my two tacos they looked horrible as I opened the foil I had two tortillas sitting there with everything piled in the middle. They weren’t rolled up like taco. They was just thrown in this aluminum foil and folded up. I basically had to put it together myself, and the food was tasteless. Besides, having very little food in side the tortilla. I would never go back there again, and I suggest anybody else stay away from this place, if enough of people stop going to this place maybe they’ll close it down and remodel it and hire some new people that care about making an easy thing like a taco. Why does somebody have to complain about a taco?

Very poor customer service. They didn’t put all of our food in the bag when asked for our missing items the lady working said it was in the bag and kept going back and forth even when everything was pulled out the bag to show her. After she finally gave us what was missing she said “even though it was already in your bag” and shut the door. Will never eat here. Completely ran by disrespectful people.

Unreal experience lowkey fire customer service. The lady taking our order at 2am was an angel from heaven. She was kind and gave suggestions when we were unsure of what to get. She was funny yet sweet and gave us a big smile and wave at the window. Food was straight gas. Wish I knew her name to shout her out!

Look it’s tacos.! You guys make the thing everyday so how can you possibly miss 8 outta ten when it’s already apprehension of a visit due to product likes this.

Easy under portioned might as well got meatless. My attitude; sour due to negative cream of the sour dairy product. Tomotos ,no (es) didnt exist. Guess it was training night idk.
