This taco bell is definitely the best one in Smyrna. Lobby has been closed for some weeks some workers told me it should have been done by now but the registers and new menu boards haven’t been installed therefore they cannot open the lobby, sucks to see so many people on here mad at the staff and saying hateful stuff for stuff that isnt their fault. Definitely wish our community would treat these workers at this precise location better.

Stopped by for food, only to leave again. Once again employees are working that are clearly sick. Sad to say this is not the first time this has happened and it probably won’t be the last. I even overheard some employees talking about how they feel forced to work when sick because management talks so bad to them if they try to call out. I’ve also known people who worked there in the past that have confirmed this personally as well. Just do better, and customers if you get sick this might be why!

9/10 times my order is wrong. 6/10 times it right, its under cooked. I usually get a chicken quesadilla and it almost always comes crumpled up like someone dumped into the bag straight off the grill.

This place is trash. Food is soggy and broken when you get it. Trashy young people working there. Corp needs to come in and fix this establishment. So awful. Every time it is the same thing. You would think I would’ve learned by now. I called and spoke with the manager and he was rude and sounded like a very uneducated child. What happened to manners. This is a prime example of what this world is coming to. Back in the day if your order was wrong, they would gladly make it right for you as well as be as nice as they possibly could so you would be a repeat customer. After getting off the phone with him, I said so you want me to bring my receipt back up there tomorrow and you guys will take care of my order and make it right he said yeah I guess lol. I am so amazed by the lack of compassion, and wanting to do the right thing.

I’ve been running away for almost two months to dine in that establishment and honestly I haven’t been satisfied, the soda machine is always broken, the ice doesn’t work and the soft drinks are hot, I think they should fix that problem, I don’t recommend them, thanks

Drive thru, I ordered cheesy Fiesta potatoes, which were coated in the cheese and sour cream to the point I could not even see a potato. Also ordered a grilled chicken ranch burrito, which I order a lot, but it was not wrapped well, and stuff fell out. The only thing that was done well was the chicken gordita Supreme

I ordered food online when I arrived no one greeted me or came to the counter while I waited. A guy put a bag on the counter an I had to ask was that an online order for Lewis before the guy said yes it came in 5 minutes ago. So I gave him my order number an asked was it mine? No drinks were ready then I was told we’re out of syrup for the freeze when I asked about others available he eventually brought out 3 cherry freezes. Awful service I’ll never visit again.

The three that work Sunday night shift, are AMAZING. I had a long day after work, and everything was closed. I went to a different taco bell location, and they told me they “closed early” (it was 11pm, they supposedly close at 12am.) so I went to this one. I had amazing service, the staff were so so so kind, and it really made my night that they were kind, and actually stayed open past 11pm. My order was made perfectly, and if they read this, thank you!! 🙂
