This store has the slowest service ever..When a car reaches the speaker they make you hold and the workers work slow and talking amongst themselves..It’s always a 15min + wait to place a order which is insane and they close the inside doors early to make matters worse and the poor doordash workers have to wait in line the longest for food that should already be prepared…I’m not a genius but it shouldn’t take 20min to make one order and I’m not Exaggerating stop in and see for yourself and if they are short handed they should just close the store down instead of having lines backed up to the highway prepararing orders 20min at a time! They definitely need a new strategy!!!

Service is super slow. Fast food does not exist here. You will get faster service at a restaurant that actually has to cook your food. I do not recommend going here if you have anything else to do. Be prepared to waste gas and time.

How is this fast food? The doors were being locked at 9:45, so you couldn’t go in to order. Then sat in the drive through for THIRTY MINUTES without one single car being waited on! Who knows how long the wait would have been. But I was in and out of McDonald’s in 5 minutes instead.

My husband went in the lobby to order food as I waited in the car. I waited in the car for 45 minutes and went in and they handed some guy his mobile order that had been there 5 minutes. I said where is my food this guy has been here 5 minutes and we have waited 45 minutes for 2 tacos after the cashier messed our food up. Wow they are supposed to wait on people that’s there ordering first not mobile orders. Very very bad service

Food is always good. It’s normal Taco Bell. My only issue is the app . Tried multiple times to order on it. Everytime I went to pay it deleted my order and I would have to try again. Please try and fix this issue
